Come home from my mission and I feel like my life's exactly where it was before. I mean I learned a lot on my mission but I just have no idea how to apply it in real life. I procrastinate worse then ever. I might just fail my college courses. Could life get any more hard?

I can't believe it has been 12 years since the twin towers fell. I still remember what I was doing when I heard the news. I was sitting in my 5th grease class and over the loud speaker they announced it and asked us to have a moment of silence. I remember praying to Heavenly Father and asking him to help those families that have lissy someone remember that they are not alone, to keep the men and women helping safe, and to please not let it have been my parents flight. They were on a red eye flight home from Florida and the rest of the day that was all I could think about. I finally got home and my parents were safe and we watched the news to see what had happened. It was a terribly thing. My classes were never going to be the same because each year on 9/11 we did something to remember those that had past in our National Crisis. In 2002 as a 6th grade class we put plastic cups in our fence and spelled out ” never forget”. In other years we wrote about it and our feelings just to always keep it on or minds. I personally would listen to songs written about it and when it got dark I would walk outside and light candles in memory of those who had fallen. Fir the last couple of years I have written a blog to help us all remember and attach songs to it. This year I think I will just write this blog and say, ” never forget”. There is a saying that history repeats itself. Well if we never forget history then we can help it to never repeat itself. Let us be a more wiser and alert generation. We dint have to dwell in the past we can just never forget the past.

Labor day

Labor day is sooooo boring in the Antelope Valley. There is nothing to do! Nothing at all! My day is so boring. All my friends are busy cleaning there houses or paving to leave for school so no one is available to do things with not like there is anything to do. My life is so bring when I don't have school or work. There isn't even anything on tv to watch to keep me entertained. So instead I'll post on here and complain about how bored I am.

Country music! <3

I am a country girl for sure. I've always said that I'm a country girl who is sick in the city just looking for my cowboy. I totally love country music more then any other type. I like others but country is atop the list. The songs just fit my emotions better and I can relate to them. Plus the make singers are usually very sexy ;) and the ladies are beautiful. I just love country music! :) Always have always will!

We grew apart as well

So we grew together like a double cherry, seeming parted. But yet an union in partition--two lovely berries moulded on one stem. -William Shakespeare This is how I thought when I was dating the only gut I've ever said I love you to. I still talk to him somedays, but I still miss him and we haven't been together for 8 months.... That's almost 3 times as long as we were actually together. I think about him often and things I see remind me of him. I hate to see things of whinnie the pooh and piglet cause that's what we called each other. I hate to hear about Batman or the Beatles or Star Wars cause all of those were his favorite things. Its just a terrible feeling to know you can't have someone cause they don't want you.

My thoughts that don't belong on facebook

So my friends think I’m addicted to facebook and that I post to much. Well instead of continue to post on facebook I decided to blog my thoughts. I don’t think anyone will ever this. I can already feel that this blog is going to be very useful for existing my thoughts and keeping then off facebook. :)

I can dream

So with the olympics coming this month I’ve watched the trials and have decided that I’m going to marry me a gymnast. Have you seen their bodies!? Ooh my gosh! Either that or I want to marry Jackson Rothborne (Jasper Cullen) :) Are either of these things realistic? Probably not, but I can dream, right? ;)

Over love right now

”If you change your mind, (take a chance, take a chance…) I’m the first in line Honey I’m still free Take a chance on me” So I’ve been in an Abba mood lately. But this particular song, well these lines, are hitting me hard lately. It seems like love is in the air with my friends and its beginning to get annoying. Now I’m not bitter or anything that in not dating anyone, I truly honestly am happy being single, but all this talk from them is annoying and the fact that it seems like its all of them. But hey I know that in Gods timing I’ll find the right person for me and the relationship will last longer then 3 months. I’m telling you when I find the guy that lasts longer then 3 months he will be the one for me :)

Hate distance!

So this is where this blog comes in handy. When you don’t want a guy you like to read your thoughts. So I’m a Latter-Day Saint also known as a Mormon. There is this guy who served his mission where I live but he is originally from Texas. Well he came to visit last week and man is he cute! Well since he came to visit we have been texting and getting to know each other. But he is in Florida right now on vacation with his family and this 3 hour time distance sucks cause its only 7 now where I’m at but its 10 where he is, which means he is probably asleep. Its Sunday and we’ve barely talked and its driving me nuts. I mean its not like we are dating but when you talked to someone on a regular basis, even if just for a week, you become fond of talking to them and it becomes a regular part of your daily routine… So I’m just slightly sad we haven’t talked very much today.

So this website had some pretty good deals sometimes but the thing I like most are the interesting facts it has. Its got a joke of the day, word of the day, stat of the day and buzz of the day. Todays were actually really interesting like most days. The word was callow which means inexperienced or immature. My new favorite word. The stat was a little weird as it talked about 6 and that the average human has 6lbs of skin. Gross! Haha just some interesting things for you to ponder and check out on your own. :)

Mission or marriage?

So for as long as I can remember I’ve had the plan to go on a mission for my church. I hope to go on a mission in april or may of next year. I was going to go this year but I hit a wall so I postponed. I was asked to be a bridesmaid in one of my best friends wedding in january and I realized my one and only nephew would have turned 8 right about my year mark. Wasn’t worth me missing his baptism, so I postponed. I’ll start all my paperwork in december or january… Or at least that’s the plan. Girls don’t have the duty to go like guys do but I’ve always wanted to go. But lately with all my friends going of and getting married I’m beginning to wonder if that’s what’s right for me. Somedays I think maybe I’m just preparing to be a better wife one day not a missionary but in order to do that I must prepare to be a missionary. I’ve always believed the statement ‘you cannot have what you are not’, I heard it when I was in young womens and I applied it to I cannot have a returned missionary as my husband if I am not one as well. So maybe that’s why I’m meant to prepare even if I don’t actually make it into the field. Heavenly father has a plan for each of us, I just need to figure out what mine is and where He wants me to go.
