"Okay…" MJ bit her lip, nodding, “Yeah, okay." She didn’t know exactly how Gwen felt, but the absence of a father was a feeling Mary Jane knew too well. MJ pushed a smile, going along with the change of subject. The redhead pulled out a ticket from the side pocket of her purse, handing it over. “Don’t forget! You’re first row, and if you’re not there, I’ll notice!"
Gwen took the ticket from her, smiling. "First row?" she grinned. "I'll definitely be there.. You can count on it."

//Wow. Okay I haven't been on here in a while.
Don't kill me, I just got sidetracked with my Peter account and now Stiles. Yay. But I'll get to replies.
WHO GAVE YOU THE RIGHT
Pete turned a bit red as she took his sweater off, glad to see most of the cuts and bruises from the past few nights were at least faded. He may have had an increased healing factor but the weird thing was…unlike Wolverine or others with the same ability, he still had scars. He took the shirt and wadded it up deftly, swinging his backpack around to shove it inside before pulling it back over his shoulder.
"Sleep is overrated." He said with a laugh as they walked towards the staircase that led up to their school. “So are English papers." She knew he hated English classes even though he excelled in every subject. Most of that was due to not wanting to let Ben and May down…perhaps proving that he could be a good son, the one they never had on their own but gained through tragedy. Before they parted for their first classes he gave her a soft kiss on her cheek. “See you later okay?"
Gwen smiled softly and took his hand as they walked into school. "Well, it's not due for a few days.. So it's okay." she murmured, leaning into him slightly. "I just don't think English is your forte." she teased. English wasn't her favorite, but she still excelled in it. Peter also did. However, she was still top of the class. How that was possible, she'd never know. Gwen moved him over so they were leaning against two lockers. She nodded, "If you need anything, Advil, an icepack. Call me and I'll get you in between classes, alright?" she kissed him softly before walking away.

"Yeah, trying to help and get killed in the process. You don’t go helping with that kind of stuff just out of the blue!" Peter pinched the bridge of his nose, shaking his head. “Oh, save my ass? My ass isn’t the one that needs to be saved. I can take care of myself. Oh, I know the feeling of losing someone. I lost my Uncle Ben, if you’ve forgotten about that. It was my fault too, so I wouldn’t dare compare it to anything. I understand you don’t want me to get killed doing the same thing your father did, but don’t tell me to shut up and stop worrying about me! Knowing you’re worried is always on my mind and I get worried too, but I still have to do what I have to to protect New York."
He bit his bottom lip, clenching fists before turning away and shaking his head. Normally he wouldn’t react like this, but he was at his breaking point.
Gwen stood rolling her eyes. "If you can take care of yourself why do you always come to me to patch you up? I get that it helps calms me but I highly doubt you wouldn't be able to do that. Not to mention how many times have you come close to death? Maybe ten? Maybe more? If it weren't for me always patching you up you'd probably be bleeding out in some alley!" she ran a hand through her hair. "It's not my fault you took everything for granted and then ended up losing an Uncle! I'd rather watch my father die than have my fathers best friend come to our door... and tell us he's gone.." he voice got quiet. She took a deep breath. "I can't help but be worried when you go out there and are reckless! You think you have it all under control! Take a reality look, Peter. Nothing is under control! Nothing is right and nothing will be! You need to realize that being a mutant spider with a family is never going to work." she muttered. Now she was getting ahead of herself. Her heart rate was speeding up and she couldn't control what she was saying anymore.
"Oh, the kiss wasn’t scripted. I didn’t know I was going to do it. I just thought, ‘I just missed my girlfriend’s valedictorian speech. How am I going to make it up to her?’ Then I was thinking, ‘I’m graduating. I don’t really give a fuck about this place, and fuck all of the people. So I’m going to go in and have fun. And embarrass her’" - Andrew Garfield

"You should be used to it by now."
"Well, I happen to have a couple tickets on hand…" Mary Jane grinned, leaving the offer dangling. Her face dropped, her teeth gnawing on her bottom lip. That’s right. She hadn’t seen Gwen since the Lizard catastrophe. MJ’s face softened, “Gwen…"
Gwen shook her head. "I just want to forget about it. I'm sorry.. I shouldn't have brought it up." she mumbled before nodding. "I'll take one." she gave her a small smile.
Always on time, always perfect, always smiling. There she stood looking ready for summer that was fast approaching while he still looked like a hipster skater bum, still she stood there waiting for him. He hopped off the bus and sauntered over to her, a dopey grin on his face as she kissed him.
"Long, boring, and quiet so I actually got some sleep last night." He answered quietly ducking his head down and resting it on her shoulder. “I didn’t wanna wake you up, you were passed out" he said with a soft chuckle. “How’s uh, how’s the paper going that you were working on?"
Gwen smiled. "Good. I'm glad you got some sleep for once." she kissed his cheek before shrugging. "It's coming. Almost done, actually." she murmured. She slowly slid her hands down his arms, taking the sweatshirt with them. She took it off and shoved it against his chest. "It's almost summer, Pete. You don't need this."
+2 are here
He was going to say something, but the bell rang. "Oh, I believe you have to go now… It was wonderful to meet you, miss Gwen! Now I will try to make friends in this class…" He sighed, looking around. Didn’t seem like the friendly lot.
Gwen smiled softly. "Well, good luck. I mean, I'm just down the hall so we can meet up after class if you'd like? I can bring you to your next class..."

Peter had managed to get out of his Spider-Man get up and properly enter the apartment like a normal boyfriend would. He was waiting for Gwen, arms crossed with a scowl. He wasn’t mad, he was upset. Not even Gwen listened to him, and it almost cost her her life. Once she entered the room, his expression softened and he pulled her in for a hug.
"I’m not mad. I’m disappointed and upset." He stated before pulling away. “You see what happened? You were almost killed! How would I be able to live with myself if you were dead right now!?" Peter frowned, turning away.
Gwen was taken aback by the sudden embrace but hugged him back before looking up at him as he pulled away. She sat back down on the edge of her bed and sighed softly. She wasn't going to be scolded like she was some little kid. Gwen looked up at him and shook her head. "You're unbelievable." she muttered.
"You're disappointed in me? I was only trying to help! You know, to save your ass?!" she scoffed. "Like you don't go out there and almost get yourself killed every night. How could I even live knowing you're gone? Do you know what it does to someone who loves you when they see you go out and almost get yourself killed night after night like her father? No. So shut up." she muttered, looking back down at her hands.
No Means No || Peter & Gwen
Peter has been at home, watching the News like he normally did before Aunt May got home from work. He always had to pay attention in case something went down out of no where.
That’s when the Green Goblin at Oscorp was a headline. He quickly head upstairs, getting into his suit and heading for that all too familiar building. Was Oscorp on every villains attacking To Do List?
Once he arrived at the building, he was able to knock a few punches at the Goblin, but lost him after every few hits. That’s when a scream could be heard. But everyone has evacuated! Who could possibly be dumb enough to stay? Well, that person was Gwen Stacy, and Peter managed to get there just in time to save her. After another short battle, the Green Goblin decided to call it quits and leave the scene.
Looking over at Gwen and glaring at her through his mask, Peter shook his head, “We’re going to have a talk." He huffed, quickly web slinging away from the scene and heading towards Gwen’s apartment.
Gwen almost got killed, and he wanted to have a talk? She sighed. She knew this wasn't going to end well. She ran a hand through her hair before looking at him. "Pete - " but he was gone. And she was alone. She shook her head slightly before making her way down and out of the building.
She couldn't believe him. She was still in shock and he was going to get mad at her. She thought she could do something. She's done it before. The Goblin is just to powerful for her. It's even more powerful than Peter at times. And here she was, trying to fight it. She couldn't believe it. Just like that and she was near death. The only good thing about that was she'd be with her father. In fact, she'd rather be dead than have this talk with Peter. But she knew she had to face him.
Gwen arrived at her apartment building and made her way up, immediately going to her room. She sat on the edge of her bed and looked at Peter. "Please.. Don't be mad.." she mumbled, even though she knew he most likely was. She looked down at her hands and bit her lip, expecting the worst.

Peter told her not to. Did that stop her? Of course not. She was going to help whether he liked it or not. She was capable of helping him, and he needed to see that. But she had to prove it to him first.
The Green Goblin. That's who she was looking for. Everyone had evacuated Oscorp - Why does every villain attack Oscorp? - and she refused to leave. She had one of the tranquilizer guns in hand as she walked around, careful not to be spotted by Peter. She knew he was here too. He thought she was gone. Boy, was he wrong.
The blonde stopped in her tracks when she heard something behind her. She slowly turned and shot, but ended up shooting at nothing. She furrowed her eyebrows before turning and walking again, only to hear a cackle and her name behind her. She turned again; nothing. She took a deep breath. She was fine. She held the gun up and walked backwards, only to bump into something. Or rather, someone. She immediately turned around, only to be grabbed by the throat and have the gun knock out of her hand. She grabbed onto the goblins wrist as he flew out of the window and up to the roof.
He tossed her onto the hard gravel and she coughed, trying to catch her breath. Peter was going to kill her for this. If The Goblin didn't kill her first. "Spider-man!!" she screamed before the Goblin caught her by her throat again and held her over the edge. She didn't want to say his name. She didn't know if the Goblin knew who he was, but she didn't want to risk it.

"W-Well you are." he chuckled and teased, “And you know, I really try to be. Just for you of course."
"Well of course."
