Get me out of here
I just saw something is all. It’s not really like me to do that…
I’m not that kind of crazy.
Saw something? What kind of something?
No one's callin' you crazy.

Get me out of here
I just saw something is all. It’s not really like me to do that…
I’m not that kind of crazy.
Saw something? What kind of something?
No one's callin' you crazy.
Get me out of here
Well, I’m laughing even less now.
This isn’t right at all. No, no…
I'm sorry.. Did something happen to you?
Get me out of here
This joke isn’t funny! Whoever is responsible for this will be personally dealt with. My hands are getting dirty, dirty, dirty…
I think that's the point, mate. None of us know where we are or who's behind it and I don' think anyone's laughing. I don't think think anyone's ever been laughing.
Party Cancellation.
At least I haven’t begun multiplying yet. Wouldn’t that be something? All of my selves running about the town? You’d have yourself a technologically advanced metropolis with all of us being equally clever and bored.
We could still try the party if you think people wouldn’t be too disturbed.
Yes, thank goodness for that. I love you, Doctor, but one of you running around is plenty.
We don't have to have the party if you're not up to it. I'm not worried about people being disturbed. We are only having it for people that know you, anyway, right? However, if you really are running around starkers, we might have some people disturbed.
Party Cancellation.
Six faces in nearly eight hours. Can’t say I’ve experienced such a blast from the past since that time all five of me got together for an adventure. It wouldn’t be nearly so bad if those other faces would stop changing clothes on me.
Ah, sod it. I’m just going starkers until it stops.
That can't be okay. Just be careful, okay? If there's anything you need, anything at all, please let me know. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't worried.
Party Cancellation.
I attempted to jump start Time in the Pocket to see if I could effect it. Just one glitch in it would prove that it is being manipulated by sentience. Instead of rebooting outside, it seems to be rebooting me. And it has not stopped.
Reboot you? How does that even happen? Is there anything I can do to help? I mean, I'm sure there isn't, but I have to ask.
Party Cancellation.
Um. I’m afraid the party I’d been planning with Donna Noble has been cancelled until further notice.
It would appear that I’m having technical difficulties. Major technical difficulties.
Never mind the party- it can wait. What d'you mean technical difficulties? What's happening? Are you alright?
A New Important Bulletin!
You’re a great planner, Donna. Planning this and that. I trust it in your hands. If you left any planning to me that doesn’t involve action or adventure, do you honestly believe that will end well?
I’ll provide you a list. Ooo, I’ll even get balloons. Balloons make everything more festive. Balloons in the TARDIS, she’d like that.
Well, alright. If you insist. No, no. Probably not. That's okay, I'll do it.
Okay, fair enough. I suppose that's all I need then? Are there a lot of people here I haven't met? Getting excited over balloons, haven't changed that much, have ya? Just don't forget the bananas.
So do I, mate. You’ve been cooped up for how long now? I’d go mad having to stay put for that long. Madder.
Pleasure, Donna. At least now I don’t have to continuously think of strange nicknames for you.
For too long. But I've been out and about since so it's alright. Though there's really not much to see here, is there?
Strange nicknames? Now I'm curious. What nicknames would you have called me then?
A New Important Bulletin!
Right! Brilliant! Lovely idea, Donna, and you should get right to coordinating that get together. You lot can all bring the snacks, I’ll provide the TARDIS.
It’ll be like old times. Or new times. No party like a Time Lord party, or so I’ve heard.
Oh, right. Why am I not surprised that you want someone else to put together your party. I'm not sure I even know everyone here that you've traveled with. You're lucky I like you. I'll do it. It'll give me something to do anyway.
A New Important Bulletin!
On your advice I just went and looked it up. You’re right. PMS is a rubbish name for the messaging system.
Though now that I’m informed, that explains so much about my human female companions. I’ll come up with something more clever and less, er, discomforting.
Unrelated side note (I hope): You and I, we should meet. I have half a mind to throw a Companion’s party in the TARDIS, given that so many are here. Don’t suppose you have an opinion on that idea?
Oi! Watch it! But, good. I think that's a very good idea.
Of course. Yes, I'd like that. Whenever you're free, really. A companion party in the TARDIS? Ohhh, well I wouldn't say no to an idea like that. Might be nice to see everyone in there again, yeah?
Can’t imagine you without a voice.
A New Important Bulletin!
Donna?
First time I see you in ages and you’re already getting after me? Good thing that I like a bossy ginger.
What’s wrong with the acronym? I think it’s catchy. Easy to remember, anyway.
I can't let you keep that acronym as something you're going to use all the time. I say this because I care, obviously. For starters, it's already a well known acronym for something else.
In Defense of Larceny | Ianto & Donna
Ianto stared at the redheaded woman who had appeared in the deserted kitchen. She seemed vaguely familiar, but he couldn’t instantly place her. Instead, he gave a bland smile and vaguely answered her question while searching his memory for where he’d seen her before. “Not precisely. I’m relocating it.” Evasion was something that came naturally after years spent at Torchwood, where cover stories were a daily necessity and Ianto especially spent a lot of time heading off people who showed up at the counter of the fake tourist office. He didn’t specify that, one, the coffee machine didn’t belong to him, two, that no one had given him any sort of leave to take it, and three, that he was moving it not to another location in the diner but to the basement of the town hall. She didn’t need to know any of those things.
He wound the cord up so it wouldn’t drag on the ground, keeping half an eye on her as he did so, and it was then that he remembered where he had seen her before. “You were with the Doctor,” he said, suddenly. “You were traveling with him.” Traveling with him on that day when the Earth was stolen, when the Daleks invaded. That had been a bad day. Not the worst day, but up there. There had been worse ones, days that the Doctor hadn’t been there. Unconsciously, his hand went up to the cut on his cheek as he retrieved her name from his memory. “Donna Noble.”
Donna quirked a suspicious eyebrow at the man but didn't further question his 'relocation' of the coffee maker. Instead, she turned around to start looking through the surprisingly stocked cupboards. If she was going to break into an unused diner, she might as well make use of it and make herself something to eat. Maybe, if the gentleman wanted, she could make something for him to. She couldn't remember he last time she properly cooked something.
She had just wrapped her fingers around a bottle of seasons from a shelf when he mentioned the Doctor- which was honestly the last thing she expected to hear. The bottle- which was thankfully not glass- slipped from her fingers, which she paid no mind to.Immediately she turned again to look straight at the man with the coffee maker. If she'd been surprised by his first statement, that was nothing to the shock that ran through her when he said her name. "Yes... I was... A while a go," She said carefully, stepping a little closer, finally noticing that the man did in fact look familiar. "Where have I seen you before?"
What the hell is a 'Funporium'?
Yeah, there is. It’s wild. I had probably my full body weight in gin straight from the bottle and no one said anything. ‘Dunno what we’ll do when it runs out, but it was a nice find.
I don't think there's many people who would say something. Hopefully it doesn't run out anytime soon. Hope they have as much wine as they do gin.
A New Important Bulletin!
Hello everyone! The Doctor here, transmitting this message across the Pocket Messaging System — or PMS, as I’m calling it (Subject to change on the acronym, promise!) — to let everyone know that I have been busy being productive in trying to confirm more information concerning our current location and this puzzling situation. Things to Note:
Levels of radioactivity are low, standard to normal residuals found on everyday Earth. No mutations should be anticipated yet if anyone does start sprouting extra bits do inform me immediately! I want to see it because that’d be exciting.
We are functioning within a state of suspension known as Temporal Orbit. Time for us is operating as normal — sixty seconds equals one Earth minute, sixty minutes equals one Earth hour — so on and so forth. How time is operating beyond here I have yet to determine. Could be operating normally, could be stopped, could be going in reverse. If I can manage to get the TARDIS cooperating long enough to sample readings beyond our stasis then I should have more on that later.
Temporal Orbit exists for a reason. The barrier of it that is preventing people from leaving this town is like, well. Think of it as a safety net. Set foot past it and there is a strong likelihood that the time streams might tear someone apart. Messy business, that, and best to be avoided.
After running scans upon those gathered here through the TARDIS, there haven’t been any anomalous findings in regards to people being simultaneously dead and alive. So if anyone decides to start trying to devour the brains of someone else, they are doing so entirely of their conscious will and that kind of behaviour is seriously ‘frown face emote’. ———> :(
I am sure everyone is quite keen to know what’s going on here and how all of this is possible. Trust me, I am too. While I continue to seek answers for us I can only ask for your patience. Whatever the cause for our predicament we are all in this together. Our sense of identity and community must remain strong until we can return to our own spots in Time and Space. It will not happen tomorrow yet I promise, with both my hearts, that it will happen.
Additional Note: The Funporium’s ball pit should be entered with extreme caution. I don’t trust it.
I don't even know where to start. But we'll get to all that later. First-- PMS? There is no way you're sticking with that.
What the hell is a 'Funporium'?
'Fun Emporium' is my guess. Whoever left the name there didn't get the memo that there's a self-service pub right down the street.
There's a self-service pub? Seriously? Well who needs the fun emporium when we've got that? I might have to check that out.
