I’M SORRY 💔💔💔 I wasn’t sure if people would think about my absence much so I felt kind of awkward saying anything but I’m glad that I am missed… unfortunately I am dealing with a bunch of increasingly worse medical problems rn on top of still being in college full time so I haven’t been able to draw a lot or really catch up on any of the fandoms I would post on here

I might finally go clean up of my older oc drawings sometime so that I have something to post to keep my account from being completely dead (just don’t count on it bc I literally said I would post them like a year ago. I am so bad at this) I do want to share it all eventually but I don’t really have the energy to recount the story associated with them ☹️ most of the art will probably be missing some context so I’m not really sure if you guys want that… they’re just humans so they’re not very complex lore wise (ig I do have some AUs though) but I developed them kind of slowly and it was super disorganized. like 70% of it is over text messages that I never recorded anywhere else LMAO it’s bad

update on the tumblr selling data to mid journey thing: they already started preparing and the initial data scrape included privated posts and posts from deleted blogs (apparently they’re trying to fix this, but it’s still bad)

Fortunately, according to this twitter post there’s a way to opt out in settings (on mobile just click on your account settings > visibility > prevent third party sharing

It still hasn’t shown up for me but others are saying it appeared after logging out and back in or updating the app

i’m sorry for you and all the other artists on this platform if that midjourney deal turns out to be legit. i fucking hate it when companies steal others’ (and/or their users’) art without permission to use for AI. i am certain that if they simply asked around, there would be lots of artists who would be willing to donate their art for AI generation, especially if they were awarded financial compensation. But noooooo corporations gotta be corporations. this is why AI has a bad name.

It’s really terrible :( I hope for the sake of everyone on here that the deal doesn’t go through bc tumblr will probably become even more vacant after that
