Might be a bit random, but do you have any internship advice 😭 found an opportunity for one but I literally just started uni and have no idea what I should prepare for the application and interview...

not random at all !! (sorry answering this a few days late because wow i was drained from work)

hm honestly i think it depends on the company and how big they are? i think during my undergrad i worked at like 4 internships + 1 unpaid research lab role and i vaguely remember all my interviews being super casual - but that also might be because they were desperate in hiring interns (or that they were all small and local haha)

are you a first year? i would see how your current workload feels before applying to anything just so you're not overloading your plate with any unnecessary stressor !! if you're sure you can handle some extra hours then next step is going over your resume / cover letter. just keep things relative to the position you're applying to and normally metrics speak louder than words.

and if you manage to score an interview - i would def ask questions towards the end !! younger me would've skipped this step because i hated interviews but honestly the more questions you ask the more interested you'll appear to the panel and that's good !!

but honestly i don't think most internship interviews will roast you that hard because they'll know you're a college student haha they'll give you a lot of leeway unless it's for a higher paid role

i would go on for longer into specifics for what i normally do but let me know if this kinda helped ??? ;;

hmm i've played around with the idea of a protective/jealous ratio but in this fic i can't really seem to pin that image on him ... not that he's incapable of feeling those emotions, but more so i see him being extremely secure when he's around MC. in his mind, unless someone is overstepping MC's boundaries, he trusts her to handle the situation - if that makes sense?

in the next chapter (its all over the place atm but i wanna say maybe half way done akjshfashfj the ideas are written there haha) you can say that MC is the more protective one !!

omg hi im alive just wanted to say that i got a fat promotion at work (yayayayay) and they're flying me out to do my 'orientation' with flight and hotel covered in a few weeks <3 <3 <3
