Energy drinks being expensive is a shock? This is exactly why I mention mostly getting things on sale /lh All the energy drinks I've tried are either because someone bought it and I stole a sip, there was free samples somewhere, or they were on sale and I was curious enough to sink some change into a stock of them.

That, or you become the prime example as to why energy drinks in a soda fountain is a horrible idea. Shout out to fountain Kickstart Black Cherry, I'll miss you forever, rest in peace. 70c for a 40-someodd oz cup taller than my head. Sometimes it was free due to rewards. Absolutely terrible idea, I still have no idea how I'm alive, honestly. One of them is nearly the equivalent of 3 cans, and boss, I was definitely drinking more than one of those cups a day...
