Matt’s profile

A doodler by day and night, Matt Ponting has been drawing, sketching and doodling for over a decade. His quirky, colourful illustrations consist of bold, bright compositions with a focus on architecture. Matt has a fascination with international folk art and he regularly travels to to far flung destinations to get inspiration. Stamps in his passport include Ethiopia, Nepal, Bangladesh, Russia and Rwanda. Matt has studied at leading art institutions including The Putney School of Art and the Royal Drawing School and is a member of The Bow Arts Trust. He has a studio in Limehouse, East London.
