how do u do self work?

paying attention to your actions and how they’re connected to your emotions. what deeper emotions are you feeling beyond anger, confusion, shame. reflect don’t project. journal, go to therapy, learn from different sources, meditate, spend time outside being active. give yourself patience and kindness when discovering things about yourself and your life. set boundaries. allow yourself to grieve what is lost.
