  She said nothing as she watched the other down the energon, having been on her own when she first reached earth.

"I know how it is to be on one’s own for a while," she said as she offered her the other cube.  "It is quite difficult."

After that she props her hands on her hips, taking her time in looking around the room. Rather plain, wasn't it? But it was certainly better than the cave she'd been hiding out in.

"Do you not need to inform your leader of my presence here?"

This Autobot sure did talk a lot. Ripclaw herself had never been much for conversation. Would much rather watch, listen.

Her optics narrow as the femme continues to speak, tail flicking. “Ripclaw. This one is known as Ripclaw.”

"Well, Ripclaw, I’m sincerely hoping that it’s going to be nice meeting you." Eeeh, she wasn’t crazy about that tail movement. "You haven’t told me to slag off yet, so can I hope that you might be okay with me lowering my arms? I can just imagine how stupid I must look."

Her lips betray her with a slight twitch, lifting at a corner into an amused smirk. The other femme did look rather silly.

"…You may."

But in a flash, that smirk had dissolved into a fearsome scowl. “But if you dare try anything, I will gut you like an organic fish.”

"You know, I am really glad that we’re in agreement over that, at least." Stella dropped her arms down, relaxing a bit. "I swear, I’m not going to try anything. I’m not real smart, but I’m not that stupid either."

She dips her head in a short nod, backing off. The femme's voice held an honest tone, and Ripclaw truly believed she would not attack. For now. But she would not turn her back on the other, no. That would be most foolish.

"You say you will not look for energon - that I am right in there not being any. So why do you stay?"

  The other femme gave a shrug as walked through the swirling vortex arriving in the landing bay of the ship, the drones having grown use to the femme officer arriving in beast mode.

They were surprised when they were waved to keep the bridge open as she waited for Ripclaw.

She hesitated briefly, having last minute second thoughts. What if it was a trap? Elaborately set up and strong enough to fool a Predacon’s instincts, which were considerably strong.

But that thought was dismissed quickly. Why would anyone plan to trap her? She hadn’t really been doing… anything. Most did not even know of her existence.

Ripclaw shrugged and, hissing a curse under her breath, bolted through the bridge as quickly as she cold.

It was bright. She did not like it.

And then she emerged on the other side, somewhere completely different, unfamiliar scents assailing her olfactory senses, unfamiliar sights opening up before her. And the other Predacon.

"…So this is your ship, then."

"No, I just serve on this ship under Megatron," she said giving a nod as the bridge closed.  She turned on her heel as she headed for the bay doors, servos clasped behind her back as she stopped .  "Come lets get you refueled."

A frown.

"That is what I meant."

She quickly followed after the other, leaning forward and shoulders hunched, glaring fiercely at any mech that came close enough or stared too openly. In this unfamiliar world it would be best to stick with her new ally.

But the thought of fuel, fresh, untainted fuel, gave her brief pause. Her tanks had been running dangerously slow for a long while.

"Y - ees."

Her posture was collected and calm as they trekked the halls towards the nearest common room, the drones giving the two Predacons a wide berth.  They knew better than to be on the receiving end of a Predacon’s temper.

Luckily the nearest one was empty of drones as she made her way to the despensor collecting a couple of cubes and presenting them to her.

Her companion is going to get a long stare, as if Ripclaw were trying to find out whether or not she'd snatch the cubes away at the last moment.

She reaches out to take the first slowly, then snatches it from the other Predacon greedily and raises it to her intake. She was planning on downing it slowly - this was the first fuel she'd had in weeks, handed to her practically on a silver platter - but all those thoughts faded when the energon touched to her glossa.

The Predacon guzzles it down in moments, swiping her glossa over her intake in a quick, cat-like movement and then looking to the other expectantly.

"If you say there’s no energon here then honestly, I’m just going to believe you on that one. A Predacon’s sense of smell is far more reliable than any sort of scanner I could use to find it." Her servos, as promised, remained up in the air near her helm. "My name is Stella. I’m a scout, I search for fuel all day. I’m far from being a warrior, and my blade is more for defense than anything else. But I am familiar with Predacons. One of my dearest friends is one of your kind, and I consider it an honor that he trusts me around his young. I am not here to slight you, so may I at least have your name?"

"No weapons in my servos. I was just poking around seeing if I could find energon, I wasn’t looking to cause trouble. You say the word, I’ll turn around and leave, okay? I have one weapon mounted on my frame. It’s on my back. I will keep my servos in the air like this and you can watch me the whole time if you want. All I ask is one favor. If you decide you’d rather bite my head off than let me go and this involves knocking me down and step on me, please, knock me to the side, ‘cause getting thrown onto the thing on my back hurts like slag and I already know how sturdy your kind are."

"There is no energon here. This one would know if there was."

She shifted to the side, optics flicking over the other’s frame. They lingered briefly over the odd protrusions from her helm, then to the weapon strapped to her back, part of which she could see over the femme’s shoulder.

There was silence for a moment. Then, “You may stay and… see what you might find.”

If Ripclaw herself couldn’t find anything, maybe the Autobot could. And if she did, the Predacon would get it from her. Somehow.

She pauses to glance back over her shoulder at her little cave, the thing that had served as her home for the past few weeks.

She wouldn’t miss it.

"This one will leave with you, when you are ready."

"Most excellent," she said as she as she tapped her comlink online asking for a bridge.  It pained to be a ground Predacon sometimes as the bridge bloomed into life.  "After you of course."

Which was, essentially, what she was doing.

Shifting uncomfortably and squinting at the bright light, she glanced at the other.

"This one would much rather you go first."

Oh, she didn’t know this one. But he was quite obviously a Predacon. A… sibling, of sorts, just like the others.

So she would greet him. Cautiously.

This predacon was quite different from the ones he was used to seeing…this one was a femme, a first for him to meet a female of his kind. His optics narrowed slightly in suspicion and he lowered his helm, the plating adorning his back slightly flaring.

This one was different then the rest, so he would have to be mindful of where he stepped.
