Casa FJ in Portugal

Casa FJ is a residential project by MIL870 and GRAUON in Póvoa de Varzim, Portugal, photographed by Ivo Tavares. Part of a 28-house semi-detached development, it keeps its street façade aligned with the ensemble while spreading across two plots internally to house a couple with two children. What began as an interior design commission grew into a full architectural proposal, delivering a ground floor built around social and leisure space (four-car garage, office, gym, living room, kitchen, and a pool-facing second lounge) and an upper floor dedicated to private rooms (master suite, two children's bedrooms, and a guest room overlooking a double-height living space).
