Okay, Gai redeemed himself.
Ramaga got exactly what he deserved. Interestingly 4 of the Ten Braves ditched him - the same number of the Dark Warlord from the original.
At one point, I asked myself - is it possible that Gai is the son of Nasuti and Ryo? The hair color and the eye color hint it but I guess that got debunked.
And I don't think Kaito is Touma's son at all. There's no reaction when they saw each other (aka they are absolutely strangers).
Rewatching Shin Yoroi Samurai Troopers from Episode I. My conclusion: while it has its moments, the show was a mess. It got potential, but none fulfilled. I doubt that there’s a second season since viewers may have lost interest. The show itself seemed lost in finding its identity: nostalgia, appealing to new audiences, or simply being a music video.
It's very evident that I have seen less enthusiasm on this series. Could've been that after seeing the armor transformations in 3D we all cooled down? Or is that this series just doesn't have the magic or attraction of the original series?
I like to point out the weakness of the show:
Too many characters - here they come altogether and off they went. It has only been 11 episodes and how many characters have we lost? I've lost count.
Death - everyone seems just too cool with it. And because Gai had killed, I don't think it'd be fair that he were to have a decent ending being alive and well.
Music - do you really need that much music?
Are you still interested in the show? I'll watch the next episode because I still want to know what had happened to the other guys. Sorry, the only new character I like is Kaito.

Were there some Nasuti x Ryo shipping? In the original series or at least per some sources, she was paired with Seiji.
