Annie looks up and coughs up blood, before ripping off the spinal cord that hung her up, before noticing that they ripped out her tongue and most of her intestines, she covered the spot in her stomach where it's just a huge hole. She stumbled her way over to Vox, she was back. Not dead. Alive.
