Next Monday is the first part of my new fic, The Gods Grow Tired, which explores Theo and Oliver’s story!

Dropping next Monday is my latest work, The Gods Grow Tired. This tells the story of Oliver’s Games through a series of flashbacks!

Theodore Nott has been Obliviated, his memories wiped and altered to make him the perfect weapon against those closest to him. Now that he sits in a cell as a prisoner of the Magical Persons Liberation Organisation, Oliver Wood does what he can to help Theo remember. Through the iron bars of his cell, he tells the tale of how they fell in love while revisiting the haunting memories of the 2009 Inquisition Games — the Games that changed everything.

In 2009, Theodore is tasked with helping Tributes be more marketable to the radio broadcast audience. When Oliver Wood is Culled for the Games, he decides to convince Gamemakers to allow him a chance at victory this year. Through this decision, Theo works to expose the corruption behind the Games and the flaws in The Dark Lord’s organisation.
