Tired of the word Fandom

I miss the times where people used to say community instead of “fandom”. Fandom actually feels like you are morally obligated to be a fan of x show or x videogame, but with community, you can just know about said show or videogame and have an opinion about it. Fandom is also a dumb sounding word tbh but that’s just my opinion.
