I made a drawing a while ago of Rex as a cat but that was more of my older style. I've developed a newer style and since Artfight is soon, I wanted to make a actual refrence sheet for him
I love him so much as a cat. I gave him a floppy ear because of Wolfie from Barbie as The Princess and the Pauper. I love that dam cat. I also made his tail floofier to get rid of the dog look. (I can see the older one looked to dog like so aa)
I tried two new things in this. Sketching digitally (something i don't do/dont like) and using a few new brushes to add texture.
I need to do this more as they were so fun. I don't know what shape to put in his eyes though so I defaulted to stars. They look cool.
Finally finished this and love how ot turned out. Might change the markings but love the colors!! I might turn this into a sticker (without the background).

Im suprised but also not that no one made a FNAF au of Invincible (as far as i know ig). Remember when making fandoms into animatronics was semi-popular? I rember TMNT, MLP and kinda Ninjago all had like drawings of them as the cast of fnaf.
I was obsessed with making a Ninjago version as a kid. Wanted to make my own.... Cringey lil kid. Love that.
But anyway. Like. Think about it. Everyone is just robots. Not animals. They are superhero animatronics. Kinda creepy to have them come for you. Obviously I think Invincible would be on his own stage. Main attraction. Then teen team as background.
Maybe every version of the game is a different Mark variant for shits and giggles

I need help figuring out a chibi style.
I like this one but its hard to draw as I draw it so tiny and dont know if I can adapt it. As the reason I drew so tiny was because the sketchbook was small and I wanted to make teeny drawings. I also need to fix his dam arm amd hand as it looks wrong and idk how to fix it. So if anyone has advice thank you

Wolfoxjade17 cuz I wanted to make a really meaningful username. I love wolves and foxes, as of all members of the dog family. So put those two in a blender. Jade cause I wanted to add something to Wolfox and at that time I wanted to symbolise my favorte color, ranging from dark blue to pale green. So I first tried with BerylWolfox, but Jade comes in a pretty pale green, and I sounds better. 17 as there was another Redditor called "WolfoxJade" so I chose a random number. (FYI: 17 isn't my fav number, just the first one I thought of).

twinklefwinkle bc it's a callback to a joke from 6th grade! i was writing my last name and it looked like 'fwinkle' so then that js became a joke, I slapped on the twinkle bc twinkle fwinkle little star yk??? i really like stars...and then that became my user! I think it's a catchy and fun personal twist on things. Also twink is forever in my name now bc god knows I love my twinkies <3

Cyan was always a favorite color of mine, but became of particular interest after I was generating a random username for my Microsoft account, so I could play on a minecraft server with some friends
The server lore goes absolutely insane, but the short of it is that I'm famous there, and they probably still talk about me
But they called me by the name Cyan, and it stuck
I ended up keeping the second half of the username for my 'online last name' that I never use, Python
On top of that, Winnipeg is another one, js a city I like, so it became like my 'online middle name' that I also never use
That's basically the lore

So when I was a kid, I thought it was just cool and made me seem badass. But then HTTYD came out and I developed a genuine love of dragons.
Then this kid transferred to our school in 3rd grade and wrote a simular story but 90% original. And that inspired half the class to change their creative writing to write about riding dragons. Wich looking back is impressive they were able to do that.
They got mad at us and me and my friend argued an entire year with them over it. Then summer came and went and we were friends the next year. Forgetting everything that happened and it makes me smile.
As for the 'King' part, its very dear and special to me. I found this video as a kid and resonated with the song wich I later learned was King by Lauren Aquilina. It was about how you rule over your mind and the crown is yours, not your mental illnesses. You can be happy, you need to stop listening to the negative voices.
On some platforms I have heart in the username, its because im loving. I draw myself with a spine of hearts because I was raised with a backbone of love. My favorite shape is hearts, lol. I love love. As a kid I would tell strangers how handsome/pretty they were because I could. One man gave me 5$ because of it, lol.
The numbers were randomly generated as there was already a DragonKing.

I had such a weird dream last night that earth got conquered by the Viltrum empire and we all were put in white walled buildings. I was put in the building with most of the heroes. All of us were wearing the viltrumite uniform.
I noticed Rex and ran up to him and asked if we could bunk. I think he looked me up and down and said yeah. Then we got our room and he took the top bunk because it had more space. Then jumped on it.
I don't remember much more but it went chaotic.
I escaped the white building to see a minecraft world that was getting holes in the ground and slime water in the holes. A hole was blasted in the cool big witch hut I was in (Idk how that happened). But I escaped through the water back into the white square building before the viltrumite saw me outside.
I ran to my assigned room with Rex and he was wearing a blue hoodie with the superman symbol I think on the front. Idk. But Rex started having feelings for me I guess so when I got into bed. He joined me in my bed, wraped his arms around me and he cuddled into me. (I remember he was warm. I could feel the warmth and it was weird.)
Then I woke up wondering wtf

last year I drew Rex as a mermaid and still hate his design. So I drew a chibi this year because, cute

Teeny tiny Rex sketch
I got a new tiny 4×4 inch sketchbook and decided to draw small. I love drawing small as for a while I went through a short phase of just drawing this size (it was for like 2 weeks but still)
I'm obsessing over Dragonborn of dnd rn (I joined a group in september and love it so much), I recently started doodling more dragonborn and remembered a sketch i did awhile ago of Rex as a dragonborn. So I figured I'd line and color it now.
I added the yellow hair stripes as it felt fitting. Rex is a Fighter with Wayfarer as his background.
After finishing Rex's design. I wanted to draw more. So I wanna (try) draw the Invincible cast as dragonborn for funsies.
I drew them all as headshots, but here is Eve!! A Artificer with a background of Fey lost. Felt fitting for her. Her horns are suposed to be like the atomic symbol. I also figured out through this drawing how to make the pretty eyes again!!
Then I drew Mark! Lil baby horns. He is a Fighter with a Folk Hero background. I love him so much, aaa. I need to figure out something to make his eyeshine though.
I have Oliver, Nolan, Rudy and Amanda sketched but i'm not liking Rudy or Amanda. I wanna draw them all as dragonborn. Try and force myself to make new horns and out of my comfort zone.
