I'm reopening commіssіons! Check the Iіnktree in my bіo for more info on prіcing, payment methods and terms of service. I'm capable of imitating artstyles of various shows, comics, and videogames, I can do pixel art, you name it 👍✨
Reblogs are greatly appreciated.
(P.S.: The characters in the examples are my DnD OCs in case anyone is wondering)
(P.P.S.: If you were on my commission queue before and didn't hear from me recently, it means I didn't manage to contact you, either bc you changed your social media handle or didn't reply to my message, you are free to contact me again)
Sorry to bother, but I am wondering if the Cursed Prince story on Dorian will be continued at all? I miss Mars!❤️
I'm really sorry but I have no way of knowing, I'm just the artist responsible for visual assets, I'd love to continue working on the story, but it's entirely up to the writer if the story comes back from the hiatus or not :(
Dorian is a platform where you need a very consistent, preferably weekly chapter release schedule to succeed, our team of just two people was unable to keep up with the algorithms. For context, "Faking it" had a team of 3 people counting myself, and even then it was a challenge to make it on time every week, plus it took several months of consistent releases to start earning any decent money.
For the time being the writer decided to prioritize a different project that they could work on at their own pace, planned to release as a book (I believe the title is gonna be "Swanridge: Bloodsuckers"). I've had the honor of beta-reading some of the chapters written so far, and I'm super looking forward to the release!
Posting on main bc this is my new favorite character in the whole Amphoreus, and I have an exciting theory abt what his deal is.
Possible HSR 3.2+ spoilers and a future boss leak:
Out of curiosity, I googled what the name of this fella's species (Antikytheran) originates from, and it's named after an irl ancient hand-operated model of the solar system, found in a shipwreck in Greece. Here's a modern reconstruction of it.
It could be used to predict positions of celestial bodies years in advance, and it's considered to be the oldest known analogue computer.
Now, it looks like he has a circle on his chest that reminds me of one of the schematics of solar system on the apparatus.
His full name, Lycurgus, comes from a spartan lawmaker, who is credited for a bunch of socio-economic reforms.
He was preventing Herta from entering Amphoreus, and overall as far as we know, it's the will of the sky titan for Amphoreus to be isolated from outsiders, to the point where sky ships are not allowed. Through Lygus we learn that this might have something to do with a lord ravager of destruction being subdued somehow in this world, at least that's the reason he cites to Herta to stop her from intruding.
Finally, a leak of the upcoming weekly boss shows us what the sky titan, Aquila, looks like. Not gonna post it here, but you can google it. Idk if it's a stretch, but I have a feeling that Lygus is either closely connected to Aquila (maybe Antikytherans were creations of the titan, and he was entrusted to keep watch over Okhema), or he IS straight-up Aquila.
The similarities in the designs that I see:
- Aquila being a huge mechanical-ish bird with white plating vs his little helmet wings
- the circle motif on the chest
- it was mentioned that Aquila's eyes are the reason the sky of Amphoreus has light, and since many of their eyes were blinded, only Okhema remains lit... and Lygus has the eyes fully covered
Like, we have a precedent of a titan appearing as a human-sized non-playable character model and introducing themself with a fake name, he looks too detailed to be unimportant.
Btw I was right about him being more important than he is presented at first, but I wasn't prepared for HOW important he actually is (• ▽ •;)
Spoilers below.
LIKE, ARE YOU TELLING ME THAT NOT ONLY DID HE CREATE THE BIGGEST THREAT THIS VERSION'S PLANET IS FACING, BUT HE MADE NOUS, THE AEON?? AND LYGUS IS ONLY ONE OF THE REMAINING COPIES OF ZANDAR'S CONSCIOUSNESS??? MEANING WE MIGHT HAVE TO ENCOUNTER HIM AGAIN????
I still love his visual design and voice, but I really hate the "genius turned evil because they got bored" trope, so I don't find him as cool anymore. Idk, his whole motivation for the shit he's doing is a theory that finite amount of knowledge existing is bad, and creating chaos would make the universe more unknowable?... Such a lame excuse to bring about an apocalypse in my opinion, if I was that bored I'd just cease to exist myself instead of taking it out on everyone else.
Hiiii! I found you and your work through The Cursed Prince on Dorian and fell in love with your art!! You do such a convincing mock-up style, the custom art fit right in with the official sprites— and your personal art is just as beautiful! Especially the way you draw expressions, your art is full of life! I’m a little sad to see that the story hasn’t been updated in months though… I hope it’s not too invasive to ask but, can we expect to hear news from you or magichobo about it anytime soon? Even if it is on hiatus or, god forbid, a canceled project, I’ll gladly stick around to see what else you make!
Hello! I'm so sorry for the late reply, I didn't notice the notification and overall I check my inbox here pretty rarely these days.
Thank you so much for enjoying my art, I'm very happy to hear that!!
Unfortunately, the Cursed Prince project is on an indefinite hiatus. As much as I'd love to continue working on it, I'm not the author, just a person responsible for the visuals. The author is currently working on a book though! It's an original project, and from what I've been shown so far I can tell it's going to be amazing. It managed to captivate me despite my usually poor attention span and aversion to reading long texts.
As for my own art, I'm doing my best to get back into the habit of drawing regularly. I have some finished art I haven't posted, and I really should, it's just been difficult to bring myself to put it through anti-scraping protection programs like glaze and nightshade, since it takes a while to process and lowers the quality. But I can't bring myself to post it unprotected either.
My commissions are still open, although without access to PayPal it's been difficult to find clients willing to send money via a bank transfer. I tried using a middleman for one transaction in order to allow a client use PayPal on their end, and got scammed for about 100 dollars, so uh… Yeah. Things haven't been going well.
I do have a project in mind that I want to make on my own, centered around one of my OCs. It would be horror in genre, with romance elements woven in. But I need to get more confident in my writing first, so expect some genshin fics I'm writing for practice in the near future. I'll post links here when I'm done. Additionally I need to study the subjects I want to touch upon in the horror story, I don't want it to be purely vibes-based and fall short when it comes to the psychological aspects.
I also have been trying to learn how to work in Zbrush, making 3D models of my characters has been a dream of mine for a while. Making a model once and for all and then posing it would allow me to make more illustrations with more detailed designs in a shorter time. I'd try to make the textures and shaders look 2D. It's unlikely that I'd be able to make a game with 3D animation, I'm mostly seeking to use it as a tool for making sprites more efficiently, but who knows!
Anyway, thank you again for showing interest, I hope I'll be able to bring you some more joy with my art in the future.
Possibly best as a separate post I wonder, since it's a bit long and technological issues plague me
The promised followup to the image I posted last night!
Merman Cecil AU
- At its core, the workings of this AU are not all that far removed from canon, just with particular emphasis on non-human earth sapients (we've already seen Atlanteans, demons, and various monsters capable of communication)
- The GDA occasionally works with creatures like merfolk, and of course 'deals with' them when it's in humanity's best interest (All the fishing disputes and all the drownings! Merfolk are occasionally caught as bycatch, or get damaged by propellers amongst other things, and humans on surfboards can very much be mistaken for seals, so relations are pretty tense)
- GDA as in canon does do a lot of good, but also as in canon, questionable ethical decisions are also very much a thing
- Cecil was one of these merfolk working alongside the GDA in the past. As in the main timeline, Cecil is smart and capable, a fantastic asset to have, but also in possession of a worldview quite different to Radcliffe's at times
- It is due to this that, as you may be expecting, a couple of humans met their end
- Would Radcliffe have rehabilitated Cecil in this AU? Is a genuine question
- No matter the answer, imprisonment for merfolk is tantamount to torture (especially by humans, their 'care' requirements just cannot be met)
- No matter whether Cecil realised his wrongdoing immediately, it'd be against his species' very nature to let himself be confined (bro can self-flagellate elsewhere, just please not in a tiny holding tank)
- Knowing this, and knowing that he will not simply go unpunished when he realises Radcliffe is after him, Cecil flees
- A high-profile criminal escaping is a massive stain on reputation and superhuman society's trust in the GDA, so resources are invested in hunting him down
- Fortunately for Cecil, the ocean is vast, and Cecil is Cecil, so he continues to evade the GDA for many years (this Might just be because I wanted to draw him balding and greying)
- Since he's just so slippery, expenditure towards his capture dwindles over the years as it's simply impractical, but they do take potshots at him when they can
- He's a living legend at this point, many recruits wanting what they consider a cheap fast way to get stars on their chest dream of being the one to take him in
- Donald in this AU is fairly unchanged, very much in the same No.1 position as we know him, has died many times in the line of action, brought back just as many times due to how indispensible he is in his general position. He has so much blood on his hands, and so much of his blood has been spilt in his endeavour to save others. So not much changed there!
- Donald has no real personal stake in what the GDA has going on with Cecil, he's just steadfastly doing his job in the steadfast Donald way
- Cecil has very much matured over the years, definitely no longer as hotheaded, perhaps just a little bit tired
- Which is why, when Donald one day slips up, and stands just a little too close to the edge of the boat with improper gear...
- But yeah they probably form a wary allegiance somehow, grow closer to each other in trust over the job, and then pine after each other forever. (Or not, the world is vast and free) I refuse to think this far ahead in this economy
A little bit on the weapon Donald is holding:
I needed something that would level the playing field just a little, Donald is a capable person and I doubt he'd get caught with his pants completely down so to speak.
A gun would be an obvious pick, but unsure how much use that would be to immobilise a merman, since they're considerably larger than humans and are covered in tough armour. You could consider the human part as a potential weakness, but the major organs would perhaps be located mainly in the better protected fish part, including perhaps enough of the CNS to make a dead merman twitch and thrash very dangerously if not properly dealt with. (Human part may not even be in very much keeping with traditional human anatomy at all, especially since it'll need to withstand huge amounts of pressure)
I ended up drawing in a harpoon based on paleolithic designs, with an embedded capsule of a toxin engineered to paralyse or make movements sluggish, which diffuses into the merman when slashed or impaled through the capillaries in the head of the harpoon. They should be fairly simple to produce and use, like a particularly injurious fountain pen, with a "stick 'em with the pointy end" methodology that's quite practical when an opponent is suddenly a lot closer than one might like.
I might have more thoughts on this, but duty calls for now unfortunately
Thank you for reading this far if you have! Doncil my beloved how they haunt me. Very much made the art piece purely because of the time of year, but would actually like to explore it further, and will always be open to questions if you have them

Forgive any typos. But this isn't something I thought I'd have to do.
I guess first I start on an update with this situation here. We figured out how to get the house into our name. It'll take about 7 months. My aunt went above and beyond to make it happen. I'm grateful for that.
But, there has been another brick thrown at us. @jeweltonejules is my spouse.
Now... Let's start with a timeline.
Beginning of September, both my spouse and I caught Covid. Once recovered we noticed my spouse had a swollen lymphnode. We decided to tell their PCP about it at the next appointment if it never went away,
November 2024 Jules saw their PCP who noticed the lymphnode was massive and got an ultrasound scheduled.
December 2024 The ultrasound was done. It revealed the growth to be a tumor. A large one with blood vessels. A biopsy was scheduled.
January 2025 Jules went to the biopsy appointment. The Doctor noted it was so large and in such a bad spot that they decide to schedule surgery then and there out of an abundance of caution.
February 13th the surgery was done and not one, but two lymphnode tumors were removed and sent to biopsy.
February 19th Jules is called in to go over the results from the biopsy and check on the wound in their neck. They are diagnosed with Metastatic Squamous Cell carcinoma. A cancer that came from somewhere else in the body. But it at best is stage 2 at worst stage 3.
We are currently awaiting a call from the ENT Specialist at Vanderbilt because they believe the cancer is in that area.
This diagnosis has completely devastated us and our families. We are aware of how costly chemo and radiation can be and the risks it holds.
We already live paycheck to paycheck and are hoping to raise money to help us pay for treatment and pay off any debt we possibly can. The less debt we have the more money we have to go towards treatment as well. Especially if Jules loses their job. Donations will go into savings first and foremost.
Donate HERE if you want to see updates consistently and watch a meter go up.
Otherways to Donate here! if not for what's to come I'd offer commissions. But, I will be taking as much overtime as I can at work.
And of course: This is our list of debt. So, you know EXACTLY what money will be going to outside of medical treatment!
$700 in credit card debt (Cards will be retired.)
$1,800 medical debt (Currently)
$8,600 auto debt
$58,000 Mortgage (This includes a loan we got to fix a massive issue.)
We know we are asking for a miracle, but it's all we can do at the moment.
dipping my toes into the arcana again after a longggg break, and I'm very interested to read your stories on dorian! UwU
I'm so happy to hear that! Thank you for your support. I hope they end up striking your fancy, I've been fortunate to work with some awesome wrirers in this fandom so far (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*.✧
