I was commissioned to draw this by my coworker! We work with rodents, and she wanted a gentle way to let her group leader know that she's leaving the company. I'm going to miss her so much, and I'm honored that she let me be a part of her goodbye.

This is an acrylic painting I made for my coworker for her birthday :)! I found the miffy design on Google and thought it was so cute! I needed SO many layers of the yellow paint I used to make it opaque, I swear half the time I spent on this was on the yellow flower.
Day 30 of creaturanuary was Moʻo, from Hawaiian mythology. They often take the forms of monstrous reptiles, tiny geckos, and/or humans. I decided to draw a gecko with Polynesian inspired zentangles. This style is different from my normal one, and I thought it would take less time, and it took DOUBLE the usual time it takes me to draw these LOL.
Creaturanary's 29th challenge was Taniwha. They are generally depicted as large, powerful, and reptilian creatures that live in deep bodies of water.
A jenglot is a small creature from Indonesian culture and mythology. It has the appearance of a deformed humanoid doll. They have long sparse hair, stiff legs, and long nails. When infused with black magic, it is said to provide protection to its master and can take revenge on an enemy or work as a good luck charm.
Day 26 of creaturanary was the Orabou, a large reptilian cat-like creature. It is said to be covered in sturgeon scales with webbed feet, and sound like a cat. This was fun to draw! I love cats.
Today's prompt for creaturanary is Strigoi from Romanian folklore, evil spirits that rise from the grave and drain blood. They're a sort of mixture between a zombie and a vampire.
Yesterday's prompt for creaturanary was Zygarde from Pokemon. There's a lot of hexagons on this one and as you can see I did not use a ruler LOL (I'm lazy)
Xexeu is a mythical giant bird from South American folklore, believed to control storms and weather. When I looked up Xexeu, images of a yellow-rumped cacique kept coming up, so the design is based on that bird!
Day 23 of #creaturanary was Baital, a race of vampires from Hindu folklore that hang by their toes from the branch of a mimosa tree. They apparently take possession over corpses but I wasn't about to draw all that.
Creaturanary's 22nd challenge was Tatzelwurm. It is a lizard-like creature, described as having the face of a cat, with a serpent-like slender or stubby body, along with four short legs or two forelegs and no hindlegs. I drew a lanky cat with a long tail but now I'm thinking I should have made it with an even lankier body.
Xerneas is a legendary pokemon! They're one of my favorite legendary pokemon, I was obsessed with Pokemon X as a kid.
Day 20 of #creaturanary was Kappa, a water monster from Japanese folklore. There was a recent animal crossing update, so obviously I had to draw Kapp'n from the game.
Creaturanary's 19th challenge was Cynocephali, a mythological race of dog-headed humanoids. Now, I already drew Dogman as a dog with a humanoid body, so I kinda was at a loss here, so I drew a dog in Shakespearean attire because why not.
Drekavac is a mythical creature in South Slavic mythology. Its name translates to "the screecher". This drawing is based on YouTuber Dennis Domian and his brother's recount of the creature. I drew him in a different style than I usually do! It was fun.
Day 17 of #creaturanary was Mega Hawlucha from Pokemon. What a fun little guy, look at him he's so proud of himself.
