Hi I ordered a phone case like a super long time ago and it still hasn't come in. Can I track it on big cartel somehow? I haven't even received an order confirmation or receipt or anything, the only reason I know I paid is because my balance on my card went down. I live in the US btw. I just wanna know because I'm really annoyed. :\

So do you draw with pencil or what bc it's really clear and not shade marks or is it on a computer like what? If so what computer program do you use bc wow

I hand draw them and outline then scan them onto the computer :)
