Today I'm home sick. I fell asleep on the couch listening to a random YouTube video. I had a dream about being sick in bed at a vacation rental listening to same YouTube video. I finally decided to get up join my family. The amount of sheer disappointment I had waking up alone on my couch was soul crushing.

Last night I had a dream that there was an Avatar the Last Airbender video game that somehow had both PS1 era and triple A graphics at the same time. Here are some highlights

One level the gang is at a Fire Nation base in the snowy mountains. Zuko said it used to be a hot spring lodge. Because the fire benders can't fight with their bending, the hurl pool noodles and floaties at you.

*level bonus: Zuko likes to rag doll roll around in the snow while giggling like a toddler*

Another level you're completing side quests as Toph to unlock lore about a childhood love interest. The quest mostly of consists throwing knives at demons on a pirate ship.

You can't play as Sokka because he is too busy experimenting putting boobs on himself in the customation menu.

And weirdest thing of all is that Katara was completely silent and content during the whole thing.
