fantasizing is literally your key to shift. 🪷
one thing i’ve noticed in the shifting community is that people constantly underestimate fantasizing.
they’ll spend hours searching for the “perfect method,” the “perfect subliminal,” the “perfect affirmation,” while casually dismissing the one thing that naturally places their attention where they want to be.
fantasizing.
and what’s even funnier is that i’ve literally seen people say that fantasizing is what prevents you from shifting... lol
which never made sense to me.
if you’re constantly thinking about your dr, imagining your dr, experiencing your dr, emotionally connecting with your dr… how exactly is that somehow moving you away from it?
when you’re daydreaming about your dr, thinking about your s/o, imagining conversations, imagining scenarios, imagining your room, imagining your life there, what exactly do you think you’re doing? 😭
you’re already experiencing it.
people act like fantasizing is some useless activity that needs to be replaced with something more “powerful.”
but awareness does not discriminate.
it doesn’t say:
“this experience counts.”
“this experience doesn’t count.”
“this one is physical.”
“this one is imagination.”
experience IS experience.
the reason fantasies feel so real emotionally is because awareness is already experiencing them.
that’s why you can laugh during a daydream. cry during a daydream. feel butterflies during a daydream. get attached to characters you’ve never physically met.
because awareness is experiencing it.
if you’re naturally imagining your dr all day, good.
if you’re naturally imagining your desired life, good.
if you’re naturally imagining your s/o, good.
you don’t need to panic and ask, “but am i doing enough?”
you’re already placing your attention there.
stop treating imagination like it’s the lesser version of experience.
for most people, imagination is the doorway that shows them they were never limited to their current experience in the first place.
