Ling is someone who is considered to be unbound, unfettered, and has gone through the past few thousand years in a half-dreaming state
being awoken now, she has already ended two major disasters without much in the way of incident, and has worked up to joining her siblings in working with Rhodes Island
If you vaguely recognize her from your dreams, that's because she is a master of dreams, bending reality using them as a proxy
That being said, she often will be in her own half-asleep state once she unlocks her dreaming abilities (and even before then by habit), as that is the main way she engages with her powers
She's a strange one whose nature is at odds with her appearance. She'll revel, but she won't impose, she'll pour you a drink, but she won't expect one in return. She'll buy from your shop, but not quite expect to be welcomed by humans.
She's a poet, and her tail is always covered in ink as she uses it as her brush.
