Nina is done. Of course i had to redo her skirt which involved removing a lot of the factory stitching and sewing in extra pieces of fabric to get the bubble effect. All her accessories are now repainted and look way better then plain old pink. And last but not least her hair was restyled. I hope you all like her.

The fact that in 2016 human beings have to go out in the street and attempt to remind/convince other human beings that every single human being deserves to still be treated LIKE A FUCKING HUMAN BEING, just breaks me

This weekend, the worst mass shooting in American history took place at a gay bar in Orlando during a pride celebration, taking 50 lives and wounding over 50 more.  The media has spun a story about the murderer’s religious motivations, but his father has said that he was disgusted by the sight of two men kissing in public months before the event.

The right to same-sex marriage was a huge step in the LGBTQ movement, but it’s far from the end of our struggle.  Queer people, every day, fear persecution, alienation, and violence from those close to them and complete strangers.  In 2016, we’re still arguing about which bathroom trans people should be allowed to use.  America is a truly backwards place.

Two people of the same (or any) sex should be allowed to kiss, hold hands, and show affection in public without fear of being treated as lesser.  I created these two images in honor of this sentiment, and in honor of those whose lives were taken in a gross act of terrorism early Sunday morning because an insane bigot was made uncomfortable by a public display of affection.

Show your support of equal rights by living life.  Post a picture of yourself being proud of who you are with your loved ones (or by yourself).  Draw something, like I did.  Remind America that the queer community is out, proud, and unwilling to accept any more of this senseless violence and persecution.  (And please, PLEASE, do not counter homophobic bigotry with racism, as the media so often does!!!)

We watch all our favourite people, the ones we look up to and we never imagine this will happen...not them. People die all the time yes when it's "their time," but when it's homicide or suicide it just feels different, like it wasn't supposed happen at all like it wasn't their time. My mother didn't know about Christina was crying about it because she read she was born in the same year as me.

My sister is really sad too, and she was a fan of her years before I was; she was actually the person who introduced me to all these inspiring YT musicians that we look up to, like Christina, Kurt & Sam, Nick P... It's just all so sad.

My musicology class is complete :) no Pied Piper? No problem Melody Piper is learning to compose. Along with Cerise Hood on the Bass. Lizzie Hearts on the Piano. Darling Charming on the Flute. Roseabella Beauty on the Magical - Harp and Maddie Hatter on the Drums. My performing arts center will be completed when I find some dancing dolls and my debate podiums are complete.
