Best for flavour (not too sweet, not too bitter: a Goldilocks flavour) Knoops 54% Best for texture (I like a velvety drink that whisks to a light crema) Van Houten Ground Dark Best discovery (a hot chocolate that's new to me) Firetree 40% single estate Best 'old friend' (the hot chocolate to come back to) Hotel Chocolat 70% topped with cinnamon Worst hot chocolate served (Hall of shame) M&S cafe. Watery, acrid, pretty awful really.
