Imagine sitting down on a sunny day with a cool breeze gently shifting strands of your hair. Partially shaded by a tree you hear the rustling of the leaves above you whenever a stronger gust blows through. The grass bends to the whims of the wind and you look around to see how the light hits and filters through the different plants around you. The lavender is in bloom and the flowers sway in a similar manner as the grass around you, the sunlight catches on the bracts at the top of the flower spike and the scent from the lavender, carried by the breeze surrounds and comforts you.

My favourite moments are those that help quiet the mind and allow you to just be. I hope this can be of comfort to anyone reading it too.
