so we don’t change experience with thought?
𝓷𝓸𝓫𝓸𝓭𝔂 𝓭𝓸𝓮𝓼 𝓪𝓷𝔂𝓽𝓱𝓲𝓷𝓰.
the idea that X has to take place for Y to occur is a mental construct. things seemingly happen, but 𝓪𝓵𝓵 𝓲𝓼 𝓹𝓪𝓻𝓽 𝓸𝓯 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓭𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓶 :)
what is there to ‘change’ if you are 𝓘𝓷𝓯𝓲𝓷𝓲𝓽𝔂?
realise this and you will be free of attachment – ‘how do i change experience?’ is a question created from the limited, illusionary perspective of the bodymind.
…but what do you 𝓚𝓷𝓸𝔀 outside of that which you think? ✧˖°
when you wonder why ‘things aren’t the way you want it’, that is a part of the dream. an apparent thinker thinks apparent thoughts. these thoughts have no basis in reality.
“but this doesn’t feel like freedom”
that’s a thought.
“but i don’t have x”
another thought.
thoughts don’t make up reality. they are just things. and things are just… things. they don’t mean anything, they don’t signify anything, they have no meaning in of themselves.
freedom is a given; it’s what the blank slate is made up of. thoughts may seemingly cover, blur, or distort this. this is what is meant by ‘lack is created’. as soon you as you think, ‘i don’t have x’, you’ve created a problem; you’ve created lack.
do you see how simple this all is?
don’t attach to the idea of overcoming the mind – simply another mental construct.
no story, just NOW
