Ivy: So it’s about a 15 minute drive from campus, but it’s really affordable! Not next to a major roadway so not too noisy. It’s a bit cheaper if we’re on a higher floor, but then we can have a patio~

Ivy: Only question is do you want a one or two bedroom?
