"Remind Yourself...Nobody built like you...You design yourself"
How do you define an interesting person? And if you can seem to concoct a true meaningful definition to answer that question, are you defined by that answer? Have you ever thought yourself uninteresting because of what you see other people doing that is interesting to you? Did you ever think that maybe these people don't even see themselves as interesting but just live life with no worries...without the threat of everything falling to pieces.
As human beings, we are of flesh, supposedly possessing a spiritual being within ourselves called our souls, which will one day be released for a higher cause. Until that time we are still students of life, struggling to be remembered once we leave this earth. Wanting to be as interesting as we possibly can in order to prove to the world that we were here, we made our mark. But who is the world to tell us who we are? Who you are is what you feel, and it is based on the lessons that you learn throughout your life. The only insight which matters is that which lives within us.
Looking at the world around me, I find it inevitable that everyone strives to be like someone or something in life. We are impressionable beings and wrongs to rights come from the expression of our surroundings, it is what we breathe in...whether we realize it or not. Everyone has some goal which they wish to fulfill, either short term or long term. No one person is indifferent to that...even a bum has a goal to do nothing. Its about figuring out what works for you.
But what is motivation worth and once that drive gets us to where we are going will it be enough?
It seems as though we can forget about enjoying the moment when trying to be the most interesting person in the world...we lose sight of the amazement behind the sunrises, the act of smiling everyday when we wake up. We become so caught up on survival that trying to live becomes a test.
50 Cent made the statement, "Death gotta be easy, cause life is hard" but is it really? Or is the hardship of life just a figment of the media's imagination.
Its never hard to be happy when you realize you have control over your own joy.
