At the mention of Halloween, Fitz’s brows tightened further, and his eyes narrowed almost to form a slight grimace. Holidays, whatever the celebration, had never amounted to form a good memory. “Right.” He nodded simply. As the bubbles came flying towards him, he moved side to side, merely by an inch, as he tried to avoid them. “Never been in a room with so many…” He glanced at the commotion that’d captured everyone’s attention. A small smile cracked at the corner of Fitz’s lips, and he turned back to Drew. “Know what I mean?” He cleared his throat. “What about you? You having fun?”
"No offense, but a lot of time I don’t know what you mean. You speak so little and when you do, you often trail off.” Her gaze followed his before she caught his eye, smile curling onto her own face that was bigger and bolder than Fitz’ own. “But this time, I think I get what you mean. You’ll find that though Hogwarts is vast, it’s hard to be alone in the castle. So it’s better to blend into the crowd.” She put a halt to her parade of bubbles, tucking the tip of her wand under her chin. “I always have fun at parties. Whether they are the type with tea and proper etiquette or vodka with a bit more rowdiness. Though something tells me that you would be even more stiff if you were forced in a tux.”
