Emily: Yes well one of us has to be.

Tiff: So... I'll just tell him no... for now, then.
Emily: It would be better to tell him you'd like to continue the courtship for now, that you need a bit of time.
Texts || Emily and Tiff
Tiff: I think.... I need us to be friends before I accept. I mean, I'm having this kid and... you're going to be a big part of his dad's life and we should.... I feel like we need to be on the same side? I don't want NoName to think that... I'm a bad person :\
Emily: Well... if that is what you need. Then we can do that.
Texts || Emily and Tiff
Tiff: I didn't really grow up with this multiple-sub life thing. My mom and dad only had eyes for each other and I guess... IDK. How does it work? Because we're not friends. Should we be friends first?
Emily: I was a teen when my father Claimed a second submissive so my experience with it was limited. But no, I don't think it requires us to be friends beforehand.
Emily: Though for the record I considered you friendly when I used to go to Cycle Row.

Tiff: So it's been two weeks since Grant asked to claim me and I still.... don't know what I should do. Was it this hard for you to be okay with it?
Emily: He mentioned that you were agonizing over it.
Emily: Yes, it was. I'm still not... entirely okay with it but he's promised me that he isn't just tossing me aside. That helps.

Tiff: Griffin Kody sounds pretty badass.
Tiff: I'm 30 minutes away from 31. :(
Grant: Griffin Phillips sounds better.

Tiff: We're not naming me Grant Jr.!
Tiff: Griffin?
Grant: Griffin is a good name.

Tiff: I turn 31 tomorrow.
Tiff: Ugh.
Tiff: Make it stop.
Grant: Now why would I do that? Making you stop aging would make Grant Jr. stop growing/aging.
Why You May Want to Try Acupuncture During Pregnancy
by Alysse
What is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture is the art of pricking the skin or tissues with needles. It is used to alleviate pain and treat various physical, mental, and emotional conditions.
Is Acupuncture painful?
The needles used in acupuncture are significantly smaller than medical needles. There may be some pain when the needles are placed but it should subside. If it is painful let your acupuncturist know and they can remove/move the needles.
What are the potential benefits?
Acupuncture has many potential benefits some of the pregnancy related benefits are:
Anxiety
Back Pain and Sciatica
Breech Baby
Constipation
Edema
Fatigue
Heartburn
Hemorrhoids
Labour & Delivery Pain (Acupressure may be used instead)
Morning Sickness
Psychological Problems
What are the potential risks?
Acupuncture has few risks the risks include:
Soreness
Redness or infection at the insertion sites
Injury from needles placed to deeply
The biggest concern for acupuncture during pregnancy is the placement of the needles. There are several acupuncture points that are said to induce contractions and they should be avoided until term. Acupuncturists are trained to know where and where not to place the needles. If you do have any questions, please ask the acupuncturist.
When considering doing acupuncture you should always talk with your care provider first. Choose your acupuncturist carefully and ensure they have been trained properly. If you are unsure please ask the acupuncturist - more likely than not they would love to talk about their training.
If you are thinking about doing acupuncture one of our amazing doulas will be able to refer you to an acupuncturist.
There are also many benefits to using acupuncture right before your due date to help with a great labour and/or to help induce labour spontaneously.Â

Grant gives a little chuckle and motions to the bag. “I wanted you to have your fair pick. What are you in the mood for, gorgeous?” He pulled out the jug of water first and set it up on her desk. “Might wanna pick before it gets cold. I’ll drop the extras by the house on my way back to work.”
“Umm, the quesadilla. But leave the Subway sandwich. Bri will eat it. He’s on his way in…” She waits until Grant gives her the yums. “What did you get?”Â
“Can do.” Grant pulls out both of them and pulls out the chicken Alfredo for himself. He figures he’ll share with her if she asks. He sits in the chair on the opposite side of her and smiles. “How’s work?”

drgphillips:
“Well I wasn’t sure what you were in the mood for.” He stepped further into the room, revealing an overstuffed reusable bag. “So… I got you a plate of chicken alfredo with a side of breadsticks from Olive Garden, pupu platter for two from the chinese place down the road, a steak quesadilla with extra steak from that Mexican place we tried last week, and a cold cut combo footlong on garlic and herb bread from Subway.” He placed the bag on the floor with a lopsided grin. “Oh, and a gallon jug of purified water.”
Tiff stares at him and blinks a few time before she laughs. “You’re a fucking idiot.” She giggles even more and rubs her belly. “I’m having one kid, not an army, you nut.”Â
