- The way Their family talks about them being psychic is BIG "transphobic/homophobic/etc family starting to unlearn their bigotry" vibes. At various levels

- Their older brother is VIOLENTLY angry about them being a psychic in a way that feels close to transphobia. Believing that it's a choice and when pointed out the dad is psychic he says "It's a phase!"

- Mom is obviously still holding anti-psychic biases and would rather not talk about her family members being psychic, even if she's much more polite about it

- Older sister is not ready to come out as a psychic yet, saying that she's "not ready to break Mom and Dad's heart" (like Raz did)

- Dad has awkward enthusiasm about psychic stuff to try to mend the relationship between the child he hurt and to connect with them

So I know I keep talking about the Old People Of All Time from Psychonauts 2 (the Psychic 7) but right now I'm replaying the first game and going through all the memory vaults again and like

I'm sorry but now can I be normal after this slide in Milla's memory vault? Look at their little smiles!!!

And in Psychonauts 2 they tell us about how Sasha and Milla have a telepathic link and how they're always talking!

We don't know how long they've been partners or exactly how they met (there's always the lipo document but that's honestly pretty outdated information) but we know that they're close and they have offices right next to each other and the other Psychonauts gossip about them and just like

I love how she was written, and the little peaks into her past and her personality in other minds.

She wasn't just a "Nice lady turned evil" no no no. She was cheeky. She was flirty. She snuck herself and Ford out in the middle of the night to go bowling. She used her phenomenal aquatic power to steal extra champagne from Bob and Helmut's wedding. She bragged about her and her friends fucking on the beanbags in the Heptidome. She left home to defend her people. She was separated from her people. She was broken by war, manipulated by the monarchy, and ultimately the murderer of thousands of people. She was made a prisoner in her own mind just so that no one else had to die.

She was a Mischievous person. She was a loving person. She was a Broken person

Saw a post by @skeksisloving that made me want to finally put measurements on that excellent lineup of all the Psychonauts 2 characters that @mechmolar made a couple years ago, thought I would put it up for anyone who wanted to figure out the heights of their fav characters!

NOTE: the ruler is a little wonky, instead of being 1 foot/12 inches it is 13 inches. (This is because I took Razputins canon height, 4'4" and divided it into 4 sections instead of trying to figure out where the 12 inch mark would sit bc I put this together in abt an hour in a hyperfix frenzy lol, if there's interest in it I'd be happy to have another go and make it the standard 12 inches instead of 13!)

I misread this as ‘sweaters’ and was very confused as to why they would be coming out of Raz’s mouth and how Augustus could hear them.

Have we considered the possibility that Sasha has such intricate control over his feelings because he has (had?) serious anger issues, considering what psi-blasts are and the fact that he’s immediately overpowered by what happens when you don’t give bad feelings any ventilation and they build up?
