Because I... (chapter 3)
Chapter 3: I don't feel so right
I looked at Midoriya as he walked into our practice room, "oil! MidorMilfordiya" there goes Kaminari, "you're late on your first day? Seriously? What were you doing with Bakugou San anyway?"
He looked nervous, perhaps searching for a lie to tell, " ah nothing... she's an old friend , just a little excited to see me" awkward laugh aren't helping Midoriya, Kaminari won't fall for that.
" ouh, that's great , just keep her as friend okay, having a scandal is bad news for idols" HE FELL FOR IT?! Damn it Kaminari, with that grin of his. I sighed, "Say something Todoroki, you're the leader" he said.
Our cool leader maintained his cool, "don't be late next time, it's not our culture" he said as he did a small rotation with his left ankle, "and warm yourself up Midoriya, so that you won't sprained during our dance practice" he stopped and rest his hands on his hips, "well?"
Midoriya snapped, "ah yes of course" he did as told and we waited for him to finish his warm ups.
"Aren't you a little quiet, Kirishima? Are you alright" I turned to Todoroki-so he noticed.
I nodded, "umm yes, I'm memorizing the steps" I flashed my smirk, "I did messed up a lot last time hehe"
He smiled, "Ok, Good luck today" I nodded.
Midoriya then jogged to us, " I'm done" he grinned.
"Good, actually Midoriya, this song we'll practice, is a song we've received before you came, and half of the dance have already practiced by us. Today, we'll change the moves a little to fit in a fourth member" Todoroki explained, "the three of us had already decided that you will stand between Kaminari and I, we need you near the centre so that they will notice"
And so, we practiced as planned.
Mr Aizawa came to pick us up at 7 pm. It sure was exhausting. We're finally back in our car. Kaminari leaned to Aizawa's seat, , "neh" he grinned, "Mr Aizawa, can we have pizza? Pretty please"
"No"
"Aw come on manager! I want pizza!! Guys! Help me!" Kaminari whined.
I chuckled, "pizza wouldn't be so bad, it's been ages"
"Seee!!!"
I could sense Aizawa rolled his eyes, "fine" before Kaminari able to cheer, he continued, "only if all four of you agreed"
"Yosh!" Kaminari's eyes glowed, he leaned back to face Midoriya, "What do you think, Midoriya?"
The green haired chuckled nervously, "only if I can get chicken wings"
"That's a yes then?!?!" He asked excitedly.
"I agree with pizza" Midoriya said.
"How about you to-" oh, he's asleep, "TODOROKI!!!!!!"
We ended up with the pizza anyway. Todoroki even opened his eyes when he smelled the aroma of the hot baked pizza. We finally arrived at our house where Kaminari and Todoroki went straight to bed leaving Midoriya and I hanging in the kitchen, "apples?" I offered him while he sat on one of the chairs.
"Nah...I'll pass" he smiled. A troubled smile.
I decided not to ask, maybe it's personal, "sky juice then?"
He looked confused, "sky....juice?"
I laughed, "yes" I then handed him a glass of water, "it came from the sky isn't it?"
He joined me in my laugh, " ah right" we stayed quiet for a few seconds before he said, "I...need to be a better idol"
This is something I need to support, "why don't you follow Todoroki tomorrow?" He made eye contact with me, "just observe him"
"Why Todoroki?"
"Easy question, Todoroki was invited to a radio station tomorrow. You need to learn how to be a proper idol anyway. And he was nice to you compare to Kaminari. He still doesn't seem to accept you. You can't come with me cause I'm visiting a family" I smiled.
He seemed to understand, "ah...right" Midoriya smiled, "Thanks, that will help"
Right.......
"Do they know each other?" Todoroki was a little unsure of the sudden act of our Bakugou senpai.
"I'm not sure about-"
"Oh damn!" Kendou suddenly shouted didn't allow yaomomo to even finish her words, "the meeting is in five minutes! We have to go now!"
"But, Bakugou San"
"She'll come, she had never been late before" unfortunately the girls will need to make a move first for their meeting leaving Bakugou San behind. And we didn't even say goodbye.
"Ok Kirishima, you okay?" I turned my head to Kaminari
"Ah yeah..." I scratched my head to hide my nervousness, "hey...I ..umm..will go check on Midoriya, is it okay if we meet at our practice room later?"
"Okay then" Todoroki gave me a green light, "just don't be late"
"Thanks" with that, we took our separate ways. Todoroki can easily give me a green light because all of us know how Bakugou can suddenly change her act. Yes, she was sweet and talented, smart even. But, her attitude can change in a 360 degree if you press a different button. It's a secret we decided to protect though. Her aggressive .
"Midoriya!oil! Midoriya!" Hmm where did Bakugou took him?.
"What the hell are you thinking!?!?!!?!" That's Bakugou's voice "if you're desperately wanted to be an idol! Why them?!?! A boy's group?!?!"
I rest my right ear on the door where the voice came from.
"I see nothing-"
"YOU!you just ....don't belong here...with them..you're a girl"
My hands suddenly closed my mouth. Midoriya's a girl?!?!.
