I LOVE NIGHTMARE HE IS MY HUSBAND (delulu) saw your post about the boys and couldnt see a follow up - but why is nightmare the only one in quotes "dateable" please my heart wont be able to bare it if he doesnt actually like us :(

Nightmare in TSDS is actually AroAce! He was in a QPR with Velvet (TSDS!Lust) while Velvet still lived in the castle with him, but has since made Vel distance herself for both of their safety.

Nightmare is “dateable” in the sense that he has a fully fleshed out route exploring his story, and he *does* show romantic affection towards the player if the player acts like they want that from him…. Buuuuuuuuuuut it’s not genuine. #manipulator uh he’ll treat you whatever way grants him the most control over you. If he notices you fawn under his affections, he’ll show you the affection you need to be easily influenced by him. If he notices you respond best to firm authority, he’ll be firm. If he notices you respond best to Dadmare tendencies, he’ll adopt you.

For his own ulterior motives. The ends justifies the means. So, yes, he is “dateable” because he has a route, but I wouldn’t call him a romantic interest.
