don't get what is so hard to understand. he got busy and had no time for the fanart account so he gave admin access to someone close to him so he can still see fanart. his character was being questioned so he had to come clean about the ownership. and lastly the admin turning out to be his girlfriend is arguably a good outcome because she's probably the closest to him. i think it is all just anger and the lack of notices and obvious hatred for one of the most important women in his life.
