Alphaofyourown searches for Paradise.
The other's scent is far from human, tinged with that wildness that the Wolf often finds in his own kind. But it's different. He's not quite sure how, but it makes his nose itch.
Interesting.
"-- Hello."
Hands tuck into the pockets of worn jeans, cerulean eyes that are flecked with a subtle silver sheen watching the younger male.

It's out there somewhere;
"-- I'll find it one day." A sigh exudes the Wolf as hands come to crease behind his head, muscles heaving their protest at the amount of running that's been done.
He's solitary again.
{In the cold breeze, that I walk alone.}
Why? Why do humans always look to the sky? Why do you try so hard to fly when you don’t have any wings? We’ll run on our own legs.

Wolf’s Rain Kiba Reach Out For Paradiseby ~Nick-Ian
"search.."
“I am afraid all species have their faults.” Aslan spoke wisely – but kindly.
"You have a point." A bit of a smile worked across the wolf's face.

“It has been a long time indeed since I’ve come across another,” She had been in almost exile – for too long – alone and devoid of any other contact. It had been lonesome but it had not dwindled her spirits.
"It's been a long while since I've seen another, myself." Though, Kiba was used to wandering alone. It was something he wasn't new to, even if there was a part of him that longed for companionship.
“I am not of these parts,” He murmurs in that quiet tone. “but I am not drawn off by humanity. There is a uniqueness of theirs that cannot be matched. Don’t you agree?”
Kiba gave a nod, blue gaze still watching Aslan. "There certainly is. I just wish they weren't as cold as they tend to be."

“You are of my kind, are you not?” She barely whispers – the scent of another wolf is strong in her nostrils. There is that natural instinct in her – tugging at her. Lifting her eyes slowly towards him, her inner wolf recognizing the symbolism of coming in contact with one of her own.
The white wolf gave a nod, tongue running along his lower lip. "I am," He murmured lightly -- His hands tucking into the jacket he always wore.
