can someone explain to me why is it that the wife in these chinese dramas always get treated poorly by her husband?
like seriously why is that? And why does the husband always have to have a ‘first love’ or an extra girl to chase after? Like bro, your wife is right there! Stop chasing after the extra woman! And why is the extra woman always pretending to be mistreated by the main lead and act like she is innocent in the most awful ways possible and the husband of the main lead just falls for it and treats his mistress like an absolute goddess meanwhile he treats his wife like shit!? My god… that the one thing i’ll NEVER understand about the world of Chinese dramas, why is the main girl with an absolute piece of shit husband who is in bed with his mistress she has zero clue about and is falsely accused of being a bad person by said mistress in question and the husband just believes his mistress and threatens to divorce his wife/cancel his engagement with the main girl and he starts chasing the girl he threatens to divorce/cancel his engagement with in the first place everywhere bcoz he cant understand why she had changed, like my brother in Christ, and after the lead has left him… he STILL doesn’t think is an issue!?
