the human body fluctuates, as do our desires! i ran into a serious but temporary health issue in 2024 and had to give my digestive system a serious break to heal. once i was back in good working order, i started to gain again but a little more carefully this time. i don't plan on losing weight again but i have no problem doing so if necessary!
i have no interest in being anywhere close to thin, but i do value my mobility and health so i do my best to enjoy this lifestyle within parameters. as of right now i have a pretty clean bill of health :) every feedee has the right to choose how they want to react to the medical realities of this fetish, and there are no wrong answers <3
