I went to Phoenix Comicon this weekend and got to meet Chris Bachalo. I'm not a fan of the new series of Dr Strange by him and Aaron because it never felt like either of them liked or understood Dr Strange and his world. This was confirmed when I got to meet Bachalo, who, after I told him my favorite character is Dr Strange, began to talk about how it took Aaron to even convince him to do the book because he didn't want to do it. He did not like the character of Strange and the only way he would do it is if he ripped away all his powers, noting he loved the Cloak of Levitation design but had to rip apart. He was nice enough but ripped apart my favorite character and the entire universe of Strange has been damaged by it. In conclusion, go read Dr Strange and the Sorcerer Supremes to see people actually passionate about our favorite character.
