From impossible to possible

First Semester is done, yet me and my classmates still left one quiz that we need to take in one subject and that's the last... Taking many units and full load subjects I survive thank God and made it! I am so so happy! So really nothing is impossible in God! Let me share to you guys what happened I had eleven subjects in first semester and the total units are thirty three units. I intended to do is to take some few subjects that I may be focus on but! What happened is the opposite I got it all full loaded because of my dean who was convinced to take it all cause there's no conflict any schedule so I said to God if that so Lord let your will be done cause my dean really forced me to take all the subjects... I have to take it all cause it is a very long story so I'm not going to say it here...all I know is I am so much blessed.

"Beauty as a Woman"

Beauty doesn't measure about your shapes in your body, if you had no pimples or you have many pimples, if you are skinny or nah, if you are half foreigner or half filipina, if everyone noticed you, if you have mole or don't have, if you style weird, if you don't wear a make up, if you dressed too antiquated.

It doesn't measure your beauty, cause beauty starts when you fully accept yourself, when you start seeing yourself how special you are like how our creator sees us. Everyone has their different perspectives of what makes a woman really beautiful! But you will never see yourself special when you will just depend on what other's saying about your physical appearance and this is really a crucial topic.

We often to see our physical appearance to think what should we need to wear, and we think every night about what kind of look that we may do to become more presentable we intend to do this more than times and the more we focus on our appearance it's sad to say that we are being blind on what makes us more beautiful, we almost forgot to intend what we can do to grow and makes our heart more healthy.

Always remind yourself that even how many people will make you feel you are not beautiful, you are not good, you are too weak, you are annoying and they don't believe you and even many times they will make you feel bad! Always remind yourself that being a positive person will make you more beautiful! Love this people! Not because you pity on them but because you don't wanna make them feel the same way!

Self Reflect 101

I had my vacation last week! And this is a really good great start! Because I'am 100% empty! I went to pangasinan together with my moms bestfriend and w/ my friend also! I really had one of the best momment of my life... I feel like my I don't wanna go back in manila anymore but here I am in manila and keep facing all the struggles that I have in me but I will never stop until I finally achieve my dreams! And that's not the only thing I wanna share, ngayon ko na lang naappreciate ang isang lugar or sadyang gusto ko na lang ata tumira sa pangasinan 😆 so that's all that's why I become inactive for this past few days

How to be confident

Confidence is from Latin words CON and FIDE, which mean "with faith. " you guys need FAITH IN GOD AND TO YOURSELF! in order to make things works. Pray guys! Pray! And pray! This is for all aspects of your life!

BASIC BUT HARD TO DO!

In order to become confident! First things first you need to do is to be transform inside! You cannot be transformed from the outside unless you made it from the inside. Romans 12:2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Learn how to take care of your self! Just love yourself! Proverbs 4:23 Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.

Know your worth! Don't ever look at the other people! You are beautiful, you must treasure yourself! Psalms 139:14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.

Be the best version of yourself! Don't ever compare yourself to the others your beauty is unmeasurable and be your self! Genesis 1:27 So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.

Be a wiseman! Do not just look and nothing to do in what you are learning! Keep yourself knowledgeable, always apply if what you've learn. Proverbs 12:14 Wise words bring many benefits, and hard work brings rewards.

Stay fit! Stay healthy! Don't lose yourself! Always do some self reflections! Proverbs 14:30 A peaceful heart leads to a healthy body; jealousy is like cancer in the bones.

Learn how to handle your emotions! Never let your emotions to destroy you! Job 15:2 "A wise man wouldn't answer with such empty talk! You are nothing but a windbag.

Last but not the least! In all of this! Everyone will see that glow! Not only from the inside but in the outside.

If you know how to dress and how to fix yourself in your physical appearance do it! Try to watch in youtube to how apply a simple make up and everything and even to the boys!

Now we are all complete and settle! You will suddenly feel that confident! Even though you don't join any pageants or any contest! But your personality! STAY CONFIDENT AND LOVE YOURSELF!

We go to the mandarin restaurant! I feel freshed! But there is one thing making me stop to eat! And that is I need to finished my diet challenge! I don't know where to start my words! But... Please do keep this! Love yourself! Know your worth! And don't let other people to define you for who and what you are! Do something to grow! Explore something that will make you knowledgeable. NATURAL SUMMER SKIN CARE TIPS

1. Avoid being under the sun

Sun is one of the reason kung bakit nagkakaroon ng wrinkles at dahil sa pabago bago ng panahon, ay mas nagdrdry ang face.

2. Use Sunscreen with high spf

Kung lalabas ka magsunscreen ka bessy wap! Don't ever try to underestimate the sunscreen!

3. Umbrella please!

May spf kana? Magpayong kapa din! Kasi sa tindi ng araw bessywap! Mahirap masira ang balat!

4. Fruits!

Eat fruits na meron Vitamin E example ay avocado ganoon! Mas maganda ng natural way na pampaganda ng balat kesa sa madaming products!

5. Enough sleep

As long as wala ka naman gagawin! Matulog kana ng maaga! Hindi lang para sa good skin but for a healthy living!

Unavoidable momments in med field while studying

Go lang ng go! Inom pa ng kape! Alam mo naman yung iniinom mo kung matapang yan sa caffeine, if kapeng barako or hindi! Sige pa hahaha... Wag ka hihinto, pinaka konti mo na ang 5 cups of coffee in a day and pinaka marami mo na ang 12 in a day 😂

Ito yung pinaka hinding hindi maiiwasan kapag nagaaral ka! Shout out sa mga nasa medical field at ilang beses nagpapalpitate dahil hindi naiiwasan! But they know what to do during palpitations! Hindi maiwasan why? Dami mo pang imememorize but you need coffee but take note, syempre alam natin lahat na masama ang nagpapalpitate, when you drink coffee dapat unti unti lang maybe dapat ang gap ng painom inom ng coffee is mins like example 5 mins after your read or memorize something then inom ulit ng coffee, and know what kind of coffee you drink, kung mataas ba sa caffeine or hindi! And take note of this if you will ask how many minutes does coffee become effective? 45 mins. And for now thats all... I'm not an expert to say this but you may go research to know more... Wag ng pasaway!

Unforgettable and Unavoidable when you start studying in medical field

Ha-ha-ha! In everything, you just want to laugh and regret in your all of mistakes that you've done, yung nagistart ka sa medical field life mo nor pre-med or during medical student why??? In the momments na wala ka ng paki kahit wala kang tulog para lang masurvive mo yung mga lessons, matapos mo lahat yung mga structures/lectures and everything that you have to remember or memorize and the fact that! Once mo lang naman na memorize or binasa yung mga lectures kasi sobrang rush ka and hindi mo ineexpect lahat ng ganoon ka daming mga dapat mo gawin! Does it hurts?? Hahaha... Kasi wala kang natandaan kahit isa! After all what you've done! Hindi ka natulog! Coffee ka lang ng coffee and then nagpalpitate kapa! Akala mo okay kana! Kasi at first wala ka naman talagang passion doon sa course na kinuha mo and ayaw mo naman talaga? Or maybe gusto mo pero wala kang Idea! And then magaaral ka akala mo after the day na halos wala kang tulog at bangag kapa is papasa ka? Pero while answering in your answer sheet! That's the real shit! Kasi wala ka palang natandaan kahit isa! Napaka kampante mo pa na papasa ka at yung mga minemorize mo is once mo lang naman minemorize and the rest kulang pa yung oras para sa lahat ng mga aaralin mo! And now if you are my reader and magistart ka palang sa college life mo and you want to come in a med field well! I tell you pagbutihan mo 😇😇😇... Pray lang sa Lord and give your passion and make more motivations 😘 you cannot study if hindi mo talaga sya gusto but unless you start loving it, andoon lahat nagboboost yung motivations mo! When we care about people and our patience are them! Although siguro lahat naman sa simula even ibang course but ibang iba pa din ang experience sa medical field 😊

I'm not an expert to say this but getting older, I take everything as a very serious stuff that I need to do! I started to diet and I want to posts this as like a journey in my body! This summer ang gagawin ko lang is magdiet! Let's do this as a routine, opposite lahat ng gagawin ko...
