Hammer Crusher Woking Principle:
The main working part of hammer crusher is rotors with hammer. The rotors consist of main shaft, disk, pin shaft and hammers. The motor drives the rotors to rotate quickly in the crushing cavity. Raw materials enter the crusher through the feed opening and are stricken, impacted, cut and ground by the high-speed hammer to small size.
There is a screening plate under the rotor, so that materials with size smaller than the screen mesh will be screened out and others are left to be further hammered and ground until reach the standard size. The size of the final product can be adjusted by changing the screening plate. The gap between the rotors and the screening plate can also be adjusted according to different requirement.

The basalt crushing plant process:
The raw basalt materials production process should use basalt crusher. The basalt be mined from basalt mining should be transported into basalt jaw crusher, basalt impact crusher, basalt cone crusher for the primary crusher by belt conveyor. After first basalt crushing process, the basalt less than 3inch will be transported into basalt grinding mill or basalt ball mill for grinding. The basalt above 3 inch will be vibrating and recovery for the second crusher process.
The processing will be going on until the basalt ore below 3 inch. During the basalt crushing processing the pulverizing basalt which isn’t used at the moment will be stockpiled into basalt storage bin. After that the we have completed the basalt crushing process. Then we will use grinding mills to complete the basalt ore grinding process.
