Obviously you have no sense of time since Kelly was not on online for a least two weeks because she was in the hospital and then recovering and adjusting to medication. Also she did not perform for a month at least. It is her right to play her music if she wants to...you or your friends who hide behind your computers are not her judge or jury. She has had many friends before you all and she will have after. It's interesting how the same 2 or 3 people keep wanting this subject to reappear when others have moved on. Again being a shitty person or manipulative, is not a crime. There are many people who care about Kelly and would love to handle this matter face to face but all you guys want is to drag her name through the internet to satisfy your agenda to knock her down. Seems like the more she rises, the more you guys have to beat your drums. You are not saving anybody from her because people will do what they want not go on Tumblr to see what your opinion is. I've been really busy with midterms, and I feel out of the loop... if you don't mind, what did happen in the DFTBA fandom today?
Same, friend. It’s busy times.
A lot of personal dirty laundry was aired on Tom under the DFTBA Records, as well as some well-known youtubers who are linked with the DFTBA community as fans. All are linked to sexual abuse and it seems quite hectic as a lot of fans are standing up for the accused and a lot of others are standing up for the accusers as well. All are equally important in raising awareness for abuse and mental health, as well as being respectful to others and learning not to idolize people and make cemented judgements based off of what is presented to you.

The Kelly thing is less recent but it made me really sad to hear about because I like(d) their music/them. I just hope that all parties involved in each situation find the help and support necessary to make things better than they are/were.
I am Kelly’s mother and I want to make you aware that any more false comments made about this issue will be added to a file that already exists on this matter. I would think about using her name in anymore comments unless you want to make an official case.
Let me make this incredibly clear, Ms.Montoya. You have no legal standing here, at all. You would never be able to make any claims of slander, libel, or defamation of character, because firstly those laws are not designed for the situation at hand and secondly because what we have told people about Kelly is not false. In fact, Kelly admitted to abuse and manipulation on video. Drop this now and work on helping your child improve instead of trying to intimidate the victims. I’m not afraid of you.
I have taken every step and there is a police report that has been filed and I have family members that are in law enforcement. I have also spoken to a lawyer so I am not afraid of anyone either. If you have proof present it to the proper authorities and I will be the first to have my daughter answer to any legal matters. Now manipulation is not a crime that I know of but rape is quite a different matter so when if you have a crime to report than do so.
Ms. Montoya, you also reblogged my post, and neither I nor tumblr user flightclub have made any statements on your child ourselves, we have merely linked to others. I believe that your problem lies with the original posters, not with us. In addition, libel, slander, and defamation of character will be very hard to prove or to prosecute with two anonymous tumblr users who might not even live in the same country as you. I would prefer to see this an official statement from your lawyer before I will even consider deleting my post.
Any post coming from the state of New York can be added to the report and as to a statement from a lawyer I will do that if needed. My main interest is with the original people involved and I am dealing with them more directly. I most truly her mother and the truth is that Kelly will most likely not be dealing with Tumblr from now on because she has more important things to concentrate on, My last statement is to make clear to people who do not know her personally to help them determine with the truth lies, my daughter because she is still a girl is 4 feet 10 and barely weighs 100lbs. For anyone else not directly making any comments I apologize and who ever still supports her I thank you as I did when she was in the hospital.
