Why do you guys take such pleasure in trashing Ian’s name, anyway?!

Caught off guard, Chiaki had to quickly catch his balance. What a surprise! Usually he was the one giving others hugs with such force, so it was quite a twist to be on the receiving end.
“Ah, Miku! It’s good to see you again! Actually, I am doing something akin to hero work right now. See, one of the kids at the park lost his pet dog, so I’m searching for her. Would you like to help?”
“A lost pet? I’ll help!”
“Miku Ranger is on the case!” While over the top, it felt like as good a time as any to say something as outrageous as that. “What does the dog look like? Does she have a name?”
She was new to everything about this situation, seeing as how she usually only sang and danced and never actually did much else, but she was always willing to help somebody in need.

Oh-! That was Chiachin! It was the first time Miku had seen him outside of those games they always played, and she couldn’t help but stop by to say hi- a hi that included slamming into the poor guy with a full-body hug from behind.
