âI wouldnât say itâs a threat. I reckon heâs just a little hungry since he keeps chewing on my bag.â He gestures to the chimera now wildly feasting on the zipper, tugging it back and forth while hanging onto the edge for dear life. Itâs an adorable sight, if one cut out the fact that traditionally, these were fearsome creatures and not a mere six inches tall. Then again, Eichi may still find a regular sized chimera pretty cute, depending on the behavior, so he doesnât sweat the details.
Nonetheless, he lifts his bag up to is chest, trying to put the small beast on a higher level to be properly introduced.
âYou can greet him, then.â He chimes, shifting everything into one arm so he can poke at the tiny head. âNow now, behave.â
âI guess it is kind of cute, huh?â âCute,â he says, but that concern is still there. This is Solitude weâre talking about. Solitude. You know, the place where you could be getting groceries and suddenly find yourself in the middle of a fight between superpowered people. Itâs hard to believe that this place would take anything ferocious and make it less so.
There was no sense in acting over-concerned as long as it was like this, though. He would simply have to smile and give his usual enthusiasm while hoping for the best.
âItâs nice to meet you! Letâs try to have fun today and be friends from now on!â
