@dual-daggers
I am moving in roughly 3-4 days so I may not be on for like a week.
I finally got my old icons moved over. YAY FOR MORE PICS
dual-daggers:
“No.”
“ —– I should just go home.”
“If you do, you will likely get phone calls every few minutes. You are the boss after all.” Ignis gives the man a bit of a grin.
“Can’t I just have one day off without trouble?”
“No.”
I don’t know how to respond to this one.

“It feels like you’re a million miles away, even though you’re right here.”
“I just think….maybe you shouldn’t be around me.”
“You wanna do that thing where you make everyone hate your guts, cool, but don’t take this out on me.”
“I asked you a question. Answer it. Do you hate me, or not?”
“I’m trying to save you and you won’t even let me!”
“Are you threatening me?”
“Is it really that bad? The idea of having a future with me?”
“Leave, and never come back.”
“I’m going to count to five and if I don’t hear an ‘I’m sorry’ I’m going to punch you square in the jaw.”
“I never cared about you.”
“I have you so much it’s not even funny.”
“You suck, it’s not any better or worse than that. You’re not even that terrible you just suck and I can’t stand being around you.”
“You’re a burden. And I didn’t want to tell you that you are, because I didn’t want to be responsible if you did anything bad after hearing me say it.”
“Come back here, don’t you run away from me.”
“I hate how nice people are to you.”
“It doesn’t mean anything to you.”
“I refuse to be complicit in whatever with breakdown you’re having is.”
“God you are just so selfish.”
“Did you honestly think you were a good person?”
“Help me? Please?”
“Nobody would even miss you, you know.”
“It should have been me.”
“It should have been you.”
“I still love them.”
“You disgust me.”
“You think everything is everyone else’s fault, but it’s not, you’re responsible for your own mess.”
“Get yourself together.”
“Please don’t hurt me again.”
“You hurt me, I hurt you back. Simple.”
“I didn’t mean to do it, I promise. Please, you have to believe me.”
“I miss the old you.”
“Don’t say it, don’t say you love me.”
“I’m moving out, I can’t do this anymore.”
“Ah-- I am sorry, I can’t have anything to drink while on the job.” Ignis comments, looking uncomfortable at the words, glancing away to hide his discomfort. He could feel the three behind him eyeing him as he shifts on his feet.
“I... am a Shinra employee within Urban Development. I am attempting to collect data based on how well business are doing within Sector Seven in an attempt to get a plan launched to help with businesses that are suffering. As it is now, I am not able to put the plan into action unless I have interviewed multiple businesses within the district-- even then it likely will take months before anyone is able to hear my proposal.” Ignis looks back at the woman; knowing this would likely fail like the other businesses he visited.
“I understand people’s... discomfort with my position within Shinra, but I truly wish to help the people here.”
Because why not
Ignis’ shoulders stiffened as his own words backfired on him, the blond haired man’s expression appearing to be offended. Ignis narrowed his own eyes back, lips curving into frown.
“Well sir--,” Ignis couldn’t hold back a hint of annoyance in return. “I assumed you were going to be traveling out of Midgar to attempt crowd control over the events that had just transpired.” He spoke calmly an calculated-- it would be a good first step for the new President to appear after all. “It is only obvious that the best route as the newly instated President that you would try to calm the minds of everyone around by visiting places outside of Midgar.”
Ignis’ hand moved up to shift his glasses, “That would mean you would need to get flight plans set up -- Mr. Patterson is head of the transportation section in Shinra-- the one who is in control of our planes, sir.” Ignis realized he likely was going to get fired after speaking in such a manner-- he had already gone this far.
“My focus within Shinra is numbers and observations-- I am not know to dabble in the transportation sector.” He pauses, narrowing his eyes on the President. “I am currently pre-occupied in try to clean up and help the Civilians in Sectors One, Seven, and Eight due to the disasters that our previous President decided was unworthy to be looked at. Unless you plan on helping rebuild the areas, I would like to continue on with my responsibilities instead of playing your guessing game--Sir.” The sound of sir sounded a bit sarcastic even to Ignis’ own ears.
Me seeing someone mention Moulin Rogue:
Ignis frowns deeply at the question, his eyes glancing away. “I am sorry sir, there are still a lot of ground we need to check before I can give that as a final count. We still have a few more streets to comb through before I can confirm.” Ignis seemed relcutant-- Reeve appeared to be one of the only people that Ignis had seen that was getting emotional over the deaths.
Glancing away slightly, Ignis moves his hand to push his glasses higher on his face, “If you need, sir, I can come up with a plan that may be sufficient.” He didn’t want to overstep his boundaries; however, saving those in need came first. “Having visited the sector, I know of some good locations to set up a nursing station as well as a place for children who are lost.” He cleared his throat. “It may not help all around; however, it would be a good place to start-- sir.” Ignis adds quickly.
Did someone say use Reno and Rude for a mep part-- cause I totally did.
//I LIIIIIVE.
//Sorry guys! this paper is taking longer than I originally expected. Imma try and get on again tomorrow but we shall see.
“...”
*shakes head in disappointment*
“i’ll make you a deal: i’ll just get you some bandages, and nothing else, and you stop making a fuss over it.”
CARING FOR STUBBORN MUSES. for when the person you’re trying to care for insists they don’t need your help.
Ignis pushed his glasses up on his nose, crossing his arms over his chest in consideration. His finger tapped lightly against his arm before letting out a long winded sigh.
“If it would make you feel better, I will take the bandages.” He states after a moment of silence. Having worked at Shinra for a year, Ignis still didn’t know how to feel about the Turks. For the regular employees of Shinra, they were a mystery-- Ignis did manage to dig up some information through the computer at least.
“Do Turks usually care about others outside of their usually business?”
@wedgeofavalanche
“Mmm, kay.” Wedge replies a bit lamely, finding it hard to focus on said finger, let alone be able to track it properly. He puts all of his effort into it, however, and gives it an honest shot.
His head is swimming so much it almost hurts. What a mess.
“How’d I do?”
Ignis eyes the man closely as he notices the out of focus expression. His lips curve into a deeper frown as he watches.
“You likely have a concussion if your pupils are anything to go by.” Ignis paused, “I need you to look up and then back to me.” It was not looking good for the gentleman.
“Do you usually make rash decisions that end up putting you in harms way?” Ignis questions with a snort.
