i’m so excited for kumoricon this year i’m going as:

megumin/kazuma with my partner (i’m sewing both wish me luck)

(sorry for the mess) nearly done with the base of my drac cosplay! super proud i was able to make the top fit but the outfit isn’t nearly as flattering as i’d hoped… i also gained a lot of weight after my surgery and new meds so im not used to how i look in cosplay any more 😭I had to handsew the zipper and the ruffle strip on and I’m seriously tempted to make it longer/flouncier. but yeah i’m making it happen.

edit: yeah i think im gonna have to remake the skirt. oh well i think if i interface it it'll be easier to sew

i’m crying these pants are huge on me

wig is silvery grey aion from epiccosplay and it’s perfect 🫶 just need to iron the shirt and style the wig and actually put a binder and undershirt on and get comfy socks and figure out the shoe situation and get props… so basically the rest of the cosplay lol

just officially bought my c2e2 ticket and plane ticket to chicago! im nervous because this is my first convention that isn't in WA/OR... and I've never been anywhere that far east in the US before? my sister was going to go regardless to watch the cosplay contest so ye

im only really planning on cosplaying near from the death note a-kira oneshot and core refresh draculaura from g3 monster high because my flight is at 3pm on sunday, but we'll see

felt patches! bottom layer is thick interfacing. i could satin stitch them to make them look better but i’m probably just going to sew it on after the glue dries
