#don't live there but having mixed feels about it #parent is selling my childhood home #lots of things are different there than when i was little #every time i pass through i find that things have been removed or replaced and it makes me feel things #every part removed is a piece of childhood gone forever #even tho i had a bad time it was still a time

you know what, working with kids can be really challenging sometimes, but other times you'll be talking to some 4-year-old about something and they'll be like "look at this pokémon! it looks EXACTLY like my dad!"
