I have to admit I feel the loneliest in New York. In a place where I could make any friend in the world, it is so rare to be understood. My loneliness comes from high expectations.

There is so much fast fashion being presented like slow fashion using fitting photos etc. small labels, niche fashion, high retail prices for fast product.
Instagram will mark my friends as potential spam but won’t do anything about accounts I report for racist/hate comments
how do creatives intern for giami? Would love to be of service to your vision/universe in any way I possibly can(+learn how to present ideas better like you do)
I’ve met every person in my team by chance and in person. I prefer it to meet people organically. For now, that is how I find potential to work at our place. I don’t have much in terms of realty and since I’m still very early in my career I prefer to work with others who have developed their skills to a particular level. In the past I have given opportunities to people who wished to learn but sadly I don’t have the manpower to support that since I hand produce all my designs.
would you be open to mentoring talented creatives on creative projects during spare time... For fun?
I would need more experience (years) to mentor others, but if it’s in my path later on I don’t see why not

my boys… from 2020
My only issue with people “taking inspo” from my work is that for the most part I’m struggling financially to make my work possible while other people reap the benefits of the concepts I bring to the table. Its just the reality of this era
the strangest feeling to watch my journey as a dollmaker thru the past years contribute to what is now a trend.
so much fun during my no braincell era but now that my braincells work again I’m embarrassed

World Premiere: Miguel Adrover Documentary (2011)
Positioned as a retrospective of the designer's meteoric rise and subsequent decline, this documentary provides sensitive insight into Miguel's character and shines a spotlight towards years spent working under his own name.
Specific focus is given towards Adrover’s close-knit relationship with Alexander Lee McQueen and the bond the designer built with New York City's diverse population.
This has been floating around a small group of people for a while, but I now feel like it is time for a wider audience to view it with pleasure.
