some time passes, who could say how long?

during that time, subject 3 gave up forever on living

end of subject 3's test

subject 3 drifts in an unconscious haze

and dies a little more

but not all the way

the magic goblin turns it's back on subject 3's soon to be dead body

returning to it's former position

the bloodied goblins disappear into the shadows

licking their wounds

the subject slumps to his knees

then tumbles to the ground

dying

the goblin on the stairs shouts angrily

and shoots a blinding ball of light into the subject's face

the magic sword finds a home in the flesh of both the nearby goblins

this time wounding them deeply enough for them to drip blood all over the ground

in a desperate frenzy of action, the subject's sword bursts in every direction at once

this provokes the two hidden goblins to slice at him

but he dodges out of the way unscathed

using the most powerful attack available, the subject sends his blade whirling into the goblin magician

suddenly

subject 3's eyes pop open!

miraculously avoiding death at the second to last stage of dying

the subject drifts around in unconsciousness

but fights off death once more

remaining knocked out on the floor

some time passes, and the subject attempts to hang on to dear life

and is successful

but remains unconscious

subject 1, lying on the platform in his bloodsoaked armor

fails to resist death's temptation

but doesn't quite die yet

the goblin archers fall back and hide in the shadows

the goblin magician steps up to watch the subject slip into death
