Every day, I encounter people who aren’t breathing properly, and it’s a reminder of how foundational something so simple can be. The way you breathe shapes your entire being, it affects how your blood circulates, the rhythm of your heart, the state of your nervous system, your digestion, your skin’s vitality, the shape of your face, even the growth of your hair and nails. Yet, so many of us are caught in shallow, hurried breaths, paired with poor posture, and it’s no wonder we’re stressed, disconnected from the present moment, and increasingly vulnerable to illness
