Suddenly, fiscal responsibility is COMMUNISM?
Wasn’t “fiscal responsibility” supposed to be your party’s whole thing
This is the way! Mainstream Dems have forgotten to loudly announce their positive actions to average Americans

Miller and Vance talking about morality is comedy gold
Maybe we don’t take claims about our social safety net seriously from a man whose politics have been built on demonizing immigrants, spreading racist propaganda, and cutting the few programs that actually help struggling families.
It’s almost like y’all should f*cking know better
Mamdani has done more for the people of New York in five months than any mayor in my memory.

We Saw What AI Data Centers Don't Want You to See
We investigated one of the world’s largest AI data centers, using thermal drone footage to reveal the hidden pollution powering the AI boom. As companies race to build the future of artificial intelligence, residents and experts warn that fossil fuels, secrecy, and weak regulation may be putting communities at risk.
You understand that your government doesn't care about you; instead, they prioritize protecting one another and their own interests
If this is the case, stop paying federal taxes since we are unimportant.
Iran Speaks Out: Inside Tehran’s Response to Trump, Israel & War | Shane Smith Has Questions
As tensions between the United States, Israel, and Iran continue to escalate, Shane Smith travels to Tehran for a rare interview with Esmail Baghaei, spokesperson for Iran’s Foreign Ministry.
Esmail Baghaei has been in the news today, confirming that Iran is examining the U.S. response to Iran’s latest peace proposal, delivered through Pakistan.
As a potential deal to end hostilities hangs in the balance, we gave the Iranian government representative the opportunity to respond directly to accusations about its nuclear program, President Trump’s claims that Iran is “begging” for a deal, the Strait of Hormuz crisis, sanctions, regional escalation, and the growing fear of a wider war in the Middle East.
The spokesperson argues that Iran has been unfairly targeted by the U.S. and Israel for decades, blames the U.S. and Israel for escalating the conflict, and warns that continued military pressure could destabilize the entire region.
Shane pushes back throughout the interview, asking why Iran continues pursuing nuclear energy despite mounting international pressure, whether peace is realistically possible, and what the Iranian government believes Americans fundamentally misunderstand about Iran.Topics include:
Iran’s response to Trump and U.S. military pressure
Israel’s role in the conflict
The Strait of Hormuz and global energy fears
Nuclear weapons accusations
Sanctions and frozen Iranian assets
Regional escalation and Gulf states
The collapse of diplomacy after the JCPOA
Why Iran says it does not want war
Mike Johnson says Congress should be allowed to trade stocks because lawmakers only make $174k a year now after inflation.
Meanwhile, a huge percentage of Congress is already worth millions, with some members worth tens or even hundreds of millions of dollars.
Hard to feel bad for people in America’s 1% asking for even more advantages than the average American already has.
Especially when they can directly influence the industries they invest in.
Congressional stock trading shouldn’t be legal for either party.
Citizen’s Speech Draws Attention to Racial Concerns in Congressional Map Debate
A Louisiana resident who identified himself as Marshawn delivered a fiery, emotional speech to lawmakers during a state Senate hearing over redistricting Monday, accusing Republicans of trying to “cheat” Black voters out of political power.
“The MAGA party is the last breath of the Confederacy,” he told lawmakers. “If y’all could give us less than zero seats, you would do it.”
Marshawn’s testimony came as Louisiana Republicans advance a new congressional map after the Supreme Court weakened key protections in the Voting Rights Act.
“There will be no more of your party,” he said. “The midterms gonna come, y’all gonna get wiped out,” he said.

“WE NEED TO LET THEM DO INSIDER TRADING TO FEED THEIR FAMILIES”
The Middle Class Squeeze: How Wealth Concentration Is Reshaping Society
That was the actual argument just made in defense of politicians trading stocks.
Members of Congress make $174,000 a year.
The median American income is roughly $63,000. (3x less)
Meanwhile the federal minimum wage is $7.25 an hour… also unchanged since 2009.
And you’re seriously being told politicians need access to insider trading to survive.
The system is designed to lead earth to neo-feudalism.
And it’s becoming more brazen by the year.
Asset ownership consolidates upward.
Living standards decline downward.
The middle class gets squeezed from both ends and disappears while the elite class accumulates more wealth, more influence, and more protection.
Leaving behind a permanent underclass.
And a permanent political-financial aristocracy at the top…
If YOU Live In America, You NEED To See This
Every empire in recorded history has followed the same pattern. According to British historian Sir John Glubb, who analysed empires from the Assyrians to the British, they all share a remarkably similar lifespan of roughly 250 years. The United States was founded in 1776. In 2026, it turns exactly 250.
Pulitzer Prize-winning author Anne Applebaum examines this thesis with Steven and explains why she refuses to accept it as inevitable, even as the evidence mounts. Glubb identified six stages that every empire passes through: the Age of Pioneers, the Age of Conquest, the Age of Commerce, the Age of Affluence, the Age of Intellect, and finally the Age of Decadence, defined by internal division, vast inequality, and collapse. Political scientists argue that America is now firmly in the final stage.
Applebaum pushes back, arguing that historical inevitability is itself dangerous because believing the decline is unstoppable removes the willingness to act. She points to Poland as evidence that countries can completely transform their trajectory within a generation. She also explains that the West's complacency after winning the Cold War, the assumption that liberal democracy had permanently triumphed, is precisely what allowed Russia and China to rise while democratic institutions quietly weakened.
How Mayor Mamdani Closed a $12B Budget Gap Without Cutting Services
Mandami is the first politician in my lifetime who is actually keeping his campaign promises. Like the promises, or not… he’s keeping them. Action over words. Efficiency Over Austerity: A New Era in Urban Fiscal Policy.

Could This Be the Future of Economic Leadership in America?
Mayor Mamdani just did the impossible
Mayor Mamdani closed NYC’s 12B budget deficit without cutting any services or raising property taxes on working New Yorkers. How did he do it? Efficiency, cooperation with Albany, and TAXING THE RICH! Democratic socialism for the win!
If all of our elected representatives worked for the people rather than their own wealth and personal interests, just think of what America would truly be!
Then vs. Now: How Republican Rhetoric on Gas Prices Has Evolved
Republicans slammed rising gas prices during the Biden administration.
Now, in interviews with MS NOW's Jack Fitzpatrick, those same Republicans are calling for patience as gas prices rise to even higher levels.
I think people should be held accountable right to their faces. This should be played on a big screen outside the capital.
A gentle reminder that many evangelicals are the first to condemn any statue of the Virgin Mary or any sculpture within the Christian tradition, automatically accusing them of idolatry, even though they are the same people who proudly and unquestioningly celebrate monuments, statues, and figures of secular figures, politicians, celebrities, and historical figures without the slightest qualms.
Evangelical Christian leaders gather around a gold statue of the president and celebrate it, all while raging against any accusation of idolatry. This is what idol worship looks like.
