Little Drops Of Water, Little Grains Of Sand
One thing that I've learned about myself over the past hmmm, 3 or 4 months? Is that I'm in a rush to become successful. I kinda just want to snap my fingers and do my happy dance to make all my goals come true. I'm so excited about my bright ass future that I tend to forget to just relax and enjoy the process and everything in between. There's an old saying that Superwoman (my mom) used to tell me "Little drops of water, little grains of sand, make the mighty ocean and the beauteous land". Thinking back to those words, I realize that its actually filled with alot of wisdom. I'm so bent on instant success that I've grown impatient with life itself. Now I'm able to tell myself to slow down my fast paced world and live a little!
Lesson Learned: Pretty much, let my life take its course and learn to treasure the "little drops" and "little grains of sand" for what they WILL become over time. It may take years and years of hard work but eventually my sea or land will develop.
